Sandy did a great job planning our vacation to Jamaica. We told her everything we desired in a vacation and she gave us several options to choose from. I have never been on a vacation that went as smoothly and know much of this is a credit to our travel agent. Highly recommended!!!

A stateroom upgrade and special dinner were touches that really went a long way ensuring we had a trip of a lifetime. I have used her twice now, and plan on using her for my future travels. She takes the stress out of travel arrangements, and caters your vacation to your needs and wants. I appreciate her work to keep us within budget, and find the best deals! Melanie with Lets Go Travel planned a trip to Europe for my wife and myself. This is our first time to Europe. We knew we wanted to take a Meditteranean cruise, but had no idea which one or where to go pre and post cruise. Melanie was fabulous! She was so informative and detail oriented. If my wife or I had a question that she wasn’t sure of, she quickly found the answer and was very pleasant always. We had a back and forth dialogue in which Melanie. really focused on what WE wanted out of this trip. She did not box us in to her ideas but, definitely gave suggestions.
Before the trip Melanie sent us a detailed itinery with every aspect of our trip spelled out for us. From limo phone numbers and exact costs to which tour vouchers we needed to pre print. We left for Europe feeling so confident we would have a wonderful trip. Melanie allowed us to go on our trip relaxed that everything would work out as planned. She is a true professional. A pleasure to work with. I have no qualms in recommending Melanie to plan your next vacation !!!

I met Melanie with Let’s go Travel at a local bridal show. My husband and I were trying to plan our honeymoon to Hawaii (The Big Island and Maui) in August and we didn’t know where to start. It was very confusing looking at many travel sites and we felt like we were blindly planning a trip knowing nothing about those islands. We figured it would be easier to seek help from a travel agent who had been there and could recommend places based on our preferences. We are so glad we did! Meeting with Melanie was great and she was so helpful with helping us plan details for our trip. She did an incredible job finding us great places to stay and managed to help us stay within our budget.
While we were in Hawaii, Melanie added a personal touch to our trip by leaving us nice notes with sweet gifts of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne as well as a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Also a representative called us at both hotels we stayed at just in case we had any questions or needed assistance with anything. I definitely felt like we were well taken care of the entire trip and we had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend Melanie and will be using her for all my travel needs in the future!

Melanie was super helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I were planning a cruise, and initially tried to the planning ourselves. After many hours looking at many travel sights on the internet, and ending up thoroughly confused with the many options, ships and prices. After telling her what our ideas and available dates were, Melanie got to work and the next day emailed us with several itineraries and choices. She also was able to find promotions through the cruise lines that we had not been able to find. We booked a trip for this coming Thanksgiving week, and can’t wait for our cruise. My friend recommended I use these guys for my latest trip to Europe. Sandy at Let’s go! Travel was just the best. She was able to provide me with everything I asked for. I used her twice. Last year I had her plan a complicated trip to Italy where we visited 10 cities and needed numerous hotel reservations and day trips. I was amazed that she was able to put it all together for me in a few days for a very fair price.
This year I used her again for a trip to London. I tried to arrange it myself and find a reasonably priced hotel in Central London, but wasn’t able to. When I asked Sandy, she found me the perfect hotel, exactly fitting the requirements I had. I was very pleased with her abilities. She also found us airline prices much cheaper than I could find myself. I was so glad that I used her and I was very pleased with her fast, professional and courteous service, I would recommend her to anyone. She can please even the most demanding customers. I am a demanding customer and I wouldn’t be writing this review if I wasn’t amazed at the quality of her service.
