A great place to go for instant refreshment. All of their juices are delicious and really hit the spot on a hot day. My family is a big fan of Jamba Juice, so they got me into the habit of having a juice instead of going for something possibly more unhealthy. On my visits the staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially when I have three trillion questions in regard to their new flavors. They don’t always know the answers but they try their best. They are patient with someone as indecisive as I am. They are always quick to whip of the drinks… so what more can you ask for? A wonderful place to have nearby considering how hot is gets in the valley.

i need me juicesss, lol this place is cool, the new acai bowl are cool although it seems like theres more other berries than acai in it, some of the members working there dont really know what they store sells and if you ask questions they get stuck and have to look at the board which is awkward but as far as quickness and preciseness they got a good grade so i wont bug them too much but manager of the place should make sure his employees are familiar with the items they’re selling and whats in them

I am VERY disappointed… I went to Jamba Juice today for lunch and ordered a Parmesan pretzel and sweet Belgian waffle. I don’t remember the name of the guy who was working but he was a boy and he was brown. he BURNTMYWAFFLEANDPRETZEL!!! I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to get a new one but I’m so mad because I was so excited to eat these! also it was very very hot so I wasn’t able to eat it right away and after it cooled down… I took the waffle out of the bag and it had paper stuck on it!!! moral of my review: pls don’t burn my food. ty –AJ Henderson

Everytime I walk into Jamba Juice, Bridget always greets me with a huge smile and a great energy. Bridget is very fast and efficient, and the wait is minimal to none. Bridget is the reason why I go to this location. Thank you for always having a positive attitude !

I’ve been going to the Jamba Juice on Topanga for as long as I can remember. I’ve went to this Jamba Juice twice already and I have been treated rudely by the cashier. The cashier was just counting the cash instead of taking my order and when I asked the cashier a question the cashier just brushed me off. As far as the taste of the smoothie, it’s great. ***CUSTOMERSERVICEHEREISTERRIBLE***

So tasty and fresh love this spot, only wish there was one a little closer to my house so I could indulge more often.

Terrible customer service, and completely unsatisfying. I would never return to this location let alone any other Jamba Juice. When I walk into this kinda of store I expect great customer service. I’m not coming into a Jamba Juice and paying 7 $ for a drink and to be treated rudely. Jamba Juice lost all of my business and I will not return ever again. The manager of this location should have a very serious talk and customer service, respect, and kindness. Can’t even believe I have to write a one star review on Jamba Juice, disappointing and shocking to be honest.

Smoothies at this location are just ok, as far as customer service they’re a bunch of A holes! Everytime I use a coupon it’s like they all give eachother a look, because aside from cashier having a stupid attitude the one making my smoothie suddenly becomes rude. Today I went in there with a coupon and same shit happend, only this time the idiot broad that made my drink yelled out my order, instead of saying my name she said, «order ready for whoever» really? Efen moron! Don’t ask for name if your not gonna say it, and stop trying to show off pendeja, no body laughed!

Walked in 15 minutes before close with no other customers. There were only 2 people in there who were friends of the cashiers because they were talking about«last night». As I approached the door I hear both of the cashiers let out a loud«oh no!» Sorry? Service was quick.

It’s not the best Jamba Juice imo. When I’ve paid with my phone and gave in things for discounted smoothies, they always are confused and end up calling for the manager making my smoothies take a long time to actually arrive.

Was there on the weekend, wanted the blueberry, banana, it wasn’t on the menu, but after giving them a, hard time, yes they cracked ! But don’t take some of the best drinks off the menu ! It’s not in&out, animal style, or a cult favorite the mcRib! Bring back the good stuff !

Regular Jamba Juice, minus the friendly customer service you’d expect. The 2 stars in giving are only for the drink itself because it was just fine. However, the customer service was mediocre at best. Nobody greeted me as I walked in. As I approached the register, the employee looked annoyed that she had to walk back to the register to take my order. I believe her name was Nikki. She had an irritated look throughout the entire interaction. Not impressed.

Worst customer service ever at Jamba Juice. I asked for a glass of water and he looked at me like weirdo. The attitude was unacceptable!

Once you’re over any misconceptions that Jamba Juice is health food, you’re golden. Sure, you can toss one of their Boosts in for some vitamins or minerals(or even get a shot of wheatgrass if you’re some kind of superman), but the bottom line is that you’re drinking a blend of fruit, juice, and frozen yogurt or sherbet. That extra energy you feel after drinking one? Sugar high. The pastries and snack wraps are somewhere between average and good, but may not be worthwhile for their price. Luckily, this Jamba is situated right between a Baja Fresh and Stonefire Grill, so if you want a little something else to go with that hummingbird food, there are options aplenty nearby.

Came here last night(forgot to check in!!) People were nice — smoothies were good, as usual. Jamba Juice is getting expensive now– it’s like $ 6 for one medium smoothie! I remember when they were $ 4. @.@ They don’t allow dogs inside just FYI.

Most of the reviews here are 3+ years old, but I don’t understand why this Jamba Juice only has 2.5 stars. I’ve never had to wait long to order or receive a drink, the people have always been nothing but friendly and the smoothies are right on! My usual smoothies of choice are Banana Berry or Pomegranate with a shot of wheat grass. Every now an again Ill get juice. For a snacks I like fruit leathers or the sweet Belgium waffle is pretty good– it’s soft, sugary with crisp edges. I usually pickup the monthly free Competitor magazines here to know when bike and run races are held in and around Los Angeles. This JJ is next door to Starbucks and Baja Fresh.
