Our office provides a full spectrum of vision care services. Outside prescription welcomed. Dr. Tran is working closely with local refractive surgeons for LASIK surgery co-management. Since 1996, E Optometry has been the leader and preferred provider of quality vision care products and personalized optometric services to our patients in West Hills and the surrounding areas. Our experienced doctors and staff offer comprehensive vision examinations and specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of eye diseases, conditions, and problems.
Meet the Business Owner
Kelly Tran O. D H.
Business Owner
Dr. Kelly Tran, O.D., graduated from the University of Southern California, with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 1985. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 1990. Dr. Tran is licensed to practice Optometry in three states: California, Texas and Illinois. She has been practicing Optometry for 19 years; 13 of those years she has spent providing care to the West Hills and surrounding communities in her current practice, E Optometry.
Dr. Tran obtained her certification for the (TPA) Treatment and Management of ocular conditions in 1996, (D & I) Punta Occlusion to alleviate dry eye syndromes in 2007. She is also certified and experienced in (CRT) Corneal Reshaping Therapy by fitting a special type of contact lenses to correct nearsightedness.
Dr. Tran has been involved in refractive surgery co-management for 10 years and chooses to work with only the most experienced surgeons who use state-of-art technology.
