Our Pilates program is designed to work with a small class size to provide precise attention to every movement and personal attention to every member. You’ll learn the 7 principles of Pilates: breathing, precision, fluidity, control, centering, concentration, and relaxation, so that you can use what you learn to improve your own daily functions and sports activities. We also have specialized Pilates classes available for dancers, pelvic floor strengthening, and osteoporosis.
Do you have an injury needing physical therapy? Whether it is from a work accident or a sports injury, we can help you improve your ability to safely perform functional activities once again. Our qualified and knowledgeable staff specializes in manual therapy and pain management, soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercises to reduce pain and improve strength.
