Ariana Waterfall

Had my engagement here January 9^th. Me being in CA, my fiancé and her family arranged everything since they live in the area. Weeks prior to the event, I was getting photos and videos of how all the decorations had come along, I did not know how amazing it would all look the night of the event. Getting to the venue prior to the event, they had a room for us to get ready in, take awesome photos, and just get away from all the guests. I hadn’t even thought about needing a room until arriving, so thanks Lisa for helping and offering that room. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, perfect lighting, décor was exactly how my fiancé had envisioned it. I can’t even describe how tasty the food and dessert was. Living in CA, we don’t have a dessert like they had after the dinner, soooo good! Thank you to the staff for making the venue look how it did, for the food, and the extended help. I will recommend this for anyone in the LI area moving forward.

I went there for a repass .Not sure if it was because they were not expecting such a big crowd but there were a lot of flaws, actually some people actually had to leave because there was not enough space to fit neither chairs nor table to accommodate any newcomers. The services rendered were average not to say mediocre, the food was okay. Overall they get only a 3 Stars because in my opinion they could have worked out something to accommodate those people, wishful thinking I guess.

I came here for a wedding on 9÷13÷15 & I must say it was great. The food, the entertainment, the staff it was wonderful. The only thing I can say would make this place pop is an update on the décor, especially when you walk in. It does look a little dated and maybe changing some things around to just one color (flowers) & taking out the curtains would look so much better. As far as the reception room it is big and spacious, very nice. The cocktail room is also spacious, but can be updated as well. Overall, the place is awesome, we had a great time and i do recommend this place to anyone for an event.

Just had my Wedding this past Sunday here so let’s see where do I start… First let me just say that the service was to put it simply JUST AMAZING! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left they treated us like pure GOLD. The staff was everything we expected and so much more. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the way our day was handled with no reason to change a thing. Lisa who was our wedding planner was a Godsend for my wife. She was there every step of the way whatever she needed Lisa made sure that it was done with no hesitation. Tony (the owner) was also there thru the whole party and he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Second the food… It’s not your bland everyday food that you normally receive at weddings. I have to say everything that was served and eaten by our guest was just the talk of the evening. Everyone found everything to be as tasteful from cocktail hour to the entrees as you would expect it to be. We had not one complaint which we agreed the food was delicious. And finally our D.J./M.C. for the night Tommy (New York Knights) was the perfect piece of the puzzle for the night. He kept the party going all night and played the perfect music for every stage of the party. TOMMY YOU ARE AWESOME! So if your thinking of a great venue to have an amazing party then seriously consider Ariana you will not be disappointed at all!!!

Went here last weekend for a friends engagement party, it was great! The place has nice rooms upstairs and the food was great! I had the most tender chicken francese ever! Service from staff was very attentive and the place looked clean and immaculate. I would do anything to have an invite here again and eat the food once more! Kudos to the management and staff!

I held my graduation part here last week and it was absolutely wonderful! everything from the wait staff to the food to the décor was perfect down to a T! The owner, Ismail Salemi, was very accommodating to any requests/​needs I may have had, whether they be about the food or the seating arrangement. They helped me find an excellent DJ which really helped to set the mood.
All in all, I and everyone who attended had a wonderful time and I’ll be sure to recommend the venue to anyone else! If you’re looking for a venue that’s affordable, beautiful, and attentive to its customers, for your special event (sweet 16, graduation, wedding, anniversary) look no further than Ariana Waterfall Catering Hall!

This review has been a long time coming, because I have so much to say. However, I have decided to keep it short and sweet.
Ariana is an excellent place to have a wedding, especially if you are not looking to customize it much. My wife and I valued a place that would take care of everything for us, so that we wouldnt have to agonize over a million decisions – the kind that many couples act like they dont want to but secretly love to do, or maybe it is the opposite. Either way, we acted like we didnt want to customize much and we REALLY didnt want to customize much. We wanted a place that would include all the cookie cutter traditional wedding things, rolled into one well oiled machine that would require little to no coordination and that is what we found in Ariana: photographer, videographer, limo, cake, food, cocktails, open bar, thank you cards, DJ, and a whole lot else was included in a package somewhere around 10−12K. Totally worth it, and we can attest especially that Ariana knows what it is doing, and can make it through anything. Our wedding was ONE WEEK AFTER HURRICANE SANDY, which knocked out power in the surrounding area and did some pretty significant damage to much of the tri state area. Fuel was extremely limited, power was out all over, and there were plenty of other reasons that Ariana could have wavered on some of its commitements. However, since one day after the hurricane when people were comparing Long Island and NYC to a disaster zone, Tony and Ismael and Lisa and the team at Ariana were steadfast and they didnt blink. They told my wife and I not to worry, that everything was under control. And they were right. The day of the wedding the only effect of the storm was that we didnt have a real «runner» because it was forgotten in the usual limo (which had no fuel so they sent a diiferent one). All other details went perfectly, and Tony apologized profusely for the one error. Amazing.
The team of vendors worked so well together, it was incredible. We really have no complaints. Tony and his team also kept us on track and well prepared with various sit-​downs in his office in the months leading up to the big day.
The photographer, Genie (spelling?) was incredible too. A consummate professional who was warm and fun, and SKILLED! The pictures were great.
The only ding I would give Ariana is the cheesy neon sign outside the building, which I think should be changed. Otherwise the whole establishment, management, etc is right where it needs to be. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and then some (when you take into consideration the hurricane!) And we have Ariana to thank. If it was another venue, and cobbled together vendors who all were not managed by one guy like Tony and Ismael, we would have had a much more frantic week leading up to the wedding. Instead our only real concern was party favors which we did ourselves… oh and getting enough fuel to pick up the tuxes and do other easy tasks.
It is amazing that Ariana did so well at that time.
I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed my time at Ariana Waterfall.
The staff works really hard throughout the night to bring us some really great food. I enjoyed both the appetizers and the main course. The meat was very well cooked.
The décor was very nice too, i really liked the waterfall as well. They even put a lot of work and thought into small things like fruit carvings. I hope to possibly have them host my event in due time!

Attended my uncle’s wedding here last night. The staff works very hard and all were very friendly. The food was ok. A little late with each course. Maybe a slight cosmetic update needed? However, the waterfall is beautiful. I did have a good time.

Attended a wedding there August 2013. I felt like we were driving into some sort of cheap motel. Let me start out by saying the staff was friendly and they all worked very hard. The food… way over done dried out meat, baked clams all bread no taste, linguine with clam sauce (without the clams), Fruit that should at least be sweet during this season was not. For the dinner frozen tilapia horrible, chicken that was tough and tasteless. The only thing I did eat was the potatoes. The bathroom was filthy, overflowing trash basket, floor and toilets need to be scrubbed. Just giving a heads up in case a new bride was to waste their money. Regarding the food, I could go on but I think you got the picture.

Great Food, Great service !!! Amazing and Extravagant place. Can’t complain !!!

We had such a beautiful wedding at Ariana. I barely got to eat because I filled with so many emotions and lost my appetite but from what my guests told me, everything was delicious. David was our Maitre D and he did a great job making sure everything went smoothly and that my husband and I were ok. Tony, Lisa and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with during the planning process. They did a great job making sure that things were done the way I wanted it during the reception. I was blown away at how beautiful everything came together. If you are on a tight budget or don’t have a long time to plan a wedding, Ariana’s all inclusive package is the way to go.

I have mixed feelings about Ariana Waterfalls. I went to a daytime wedding here 6−11−11. The main room décor is kind of flamingo Miami Vice peach teal and gold colors and there were stains on the chairs in the cocktail hour space, but the staff was friendly and welcoming which drew my attention away from those cosmetic imperfections. I do think though that the place needs a renovation to look updated. All guests at my friend’s wedding here were nice and happy to wish the young couple well! It was really nice especially since you can tell how much in love they are plus the bride was having the time of her life. I liked the open bar too :-)
