Tried this place for the first time today and only tried a couple slices of pepperoni pizza. Service was friendly enough and appears to be owned by a Turkish family. Pizza is more Greek style with thicker buttery crust, heavy cheese and sauce. Pizza was of average quality and was $ 5.00 for two large slices. Restaurant had your average pizza establishment menu. Would consider ordering from again.

Ordered a Party size pizza deal. It came with a 24′ pie, 24 wings and a 2 liter soda. Guy told us 30 mins and didn’t even show up until almost a hour later. The pizza was dry and burned and black. Our wings were so dry that we couldn’t even swallow them. Not even worth the 32 $. Never again!

I ordered a seafood combo and I got 2 shrimp a couple of pieces of clans 1 fish and the rest were scallops and fries. They also don’t like to give condiments, I got 2 packets of tarter sauce and 4 ketchup. In short I won’t be Ordering from here again.

While sitting on the couch hungover with the boyfriend New Year’s Day we decided we should order some delivery. Apparently on holidays a lot of delivery places are not open. After some searching we found that Andy’s Pizza was open. Now normally this is not my go to as their pizza leaves much to be desired. We ordered a chicken ceasar wrap, a bbq wrap, onion rings, and mozz sticks. All pretty safe things to order from a pizza place or so we thought. The bbq chicken wrap didn’t even have bbq sauce rather some pink almost tasting like teriyaki sauce(gag). The chicken ceasar wrap had soggy lettuce that was brown and no ceasar dressing. The onion rings had so much batter that even those were not enjoyable. Now mozz sticks from a pizza restaurant should at least be hot and crispy not these; these were soggy and cold. Obviously we immediately regretted our decision by ordering from here. Last time for us that’s for sure

2 Slices & Soda lunch special for $ 5.75 after shopping next door for hockey equipment. Slices are huge, and were cut in half, so it was like you actually got 4 slices. Too bad it was like eating air covered in low quality cheese. There are much better pizza options around.

I just recently moved to the New Haven area an adapted to the hype of the great pizza joints. Andy’s is a small location and not really part of the«pizza hype». To no surprise, the pizza is pretty good(for CT), along with the greasy but respectable grinders like Philly cheesesteaks. Plenty of other choices to indulge in. LIKEMANYOTHERITEMS, pizza by the slice is over priced so you might as well grab a buddy and share a pie or large. Everyone has strong accents, even the delivery guys which is kinda cool but doesnt make up for the unfriendly in-store service. *I once ordered over the phone via credit card and they had a weird issue which said my card declined,(yet they did charge my account, I checked online), so not sure if that’s the best bet. Otherwise, decent(but who wants decent) small spot next to the«Metro North» West haven train station(free overnight parking at the station!)

I love the pizza. But the wings are hit or miss. I have only ordered pizza and buffalo wings. I never purchase sodas from pizza restaurants as they are too expensive. But all in all the food is great. Be very specific how you would like your wings cooked. I really like to order mines well done and crispy. Staff are nice I always tip.

This review is for delivery. Although this may not be our FAVORITE pizza, it’s consistently good, and they deliver, which most places don’t. Not only do they deliver pizza, they have a full menu of salads, sandwiches, burgers, italian, and greek food — and really decent wings. I haven’t found anyone else that delivers all those options, and I love greek food. Their spinach pie is great! The only thing I ordered there and was disappointed was the Souvlaki on a pita, the souvlaki was great, but the pita got super soggy and not edible in the takeout box. I would suggest ordering the Souvlaki, but have them pack the pita separate in foil. I’m not sure why this place got such bad reviews, we order from them all the time.

I agree with AZ, greasy, thick, and heavy, and don’t question a charge on your receipt. They overcharge for toppings. They have good wings though.

Typical Connecticut pie. Meaning extra grease whether you wanted it or not. Overall mediocre at best.
