ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS a 5!!!
They are so amazing there!!! I spend about $ 1,000 a year there because they are just that good… They capture it all and never miss a beat… sometimes when you think they are not looking they are and they capture moments you would never think of!!! I have brought my son there since 6 months old and i will never take him anywhere else… we go 2 to 3 times per year and are in love every time we walk out!!! I have brought friends and family and they are wowed every time as well!!!

I visited Portrait Simple because I needed a head shot done for work. The staff was very nice and the session was on time.
Unfortunately the materials that were supplied to the staff are very worn. Also, the staff isn’t very knowledgeable of the equipment they have. My photographer had a lot of issues getting backgrounds down, the «ideal» back drop for head shots didn’t work in our room.
Since the photographers work mainly with children under 10, an adult seemed like a very large challenge. The photographer took twenty shots of me head on to the camera– maybe four turned. I was very disappointed when there was no direction on what next to do, more of a «what do you think»?
When I got home to view my one photo, the background was terrible! On the computers at the store I couldn’t see all the sparkles that were stuck on the background. Fortunately I can use Photoshop on my images.
For the amount of time I received and the direction, I definitely overpaid.
This may be a great spot for family photos… not professional head shots.

These guys are the best. It’s not cheap but you get full reprint rights to the photos on your Photo CD, which is valuable.
More importantly, the photographers at the Westfarms store always do a great job of getting our kids to smile and produce great pictures. They really engage the kids with age-​appropriate humor or songs. At JC Penney or Wal-​mart, the photographer says «Smile» and clicks the button.
I’ve got to give a shout-​out to Maddy who’s been photographing our twins for five years now. She does a great job of cheering up any cranky kid and always does an amazing job.

My wife was given a gift card to this studio. It’s setup as a membership based studio. You pay 50 bucks for your first sitting and then the rest are free for a year. The pictures are very expensive to purchase. But if you’ve got a family with lots of children its totally worth the cost of their packages.
We used the gift card for one sitting of 30 minutes which including live bunnies! Epically awesome with my 10 month old. The photographer was Kacey and I totally recommend her. She was great and the pictures were awesome.
I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
