I am so in love with the arrangement that Lane and Lenge came up with for our fall wedding. I had no idea what to do and they were able to sit down with me, listen to my (very vague) description of what I wanted, and came up with the most amazing bouquet! They even offered to stay open a little late so my flowers would be fresh for the wedding! They were really able to take what I had in my head and make it 100x better for such a big day.

We had our wedding this past June at the Riverview in Simsbury CT. A few of our friends and co-​workers recommended Lane and Lenge so we decided to go with them. We could not have been happier with the results. The centerpieces were beautiful. Our guests raved about the arrangements. Bob was super helpful throughout the process, gave us good advice, and ultimately delivered what we wanted on time and on budget. Overall, Lane and Lenge was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Sadly, I’m not even getting to rate Lane and Lenge based on their actual floral arrangements… only the customer service, or lack thereof.
I «contacted them online» through their website requesting more information about doing the flowers for my upcoming wedding. After I never heard back, I tried reaching out again via their website. Still nothing. Thinking that maybe their website had some sort of bug, I stopped into the store. The man at the front desk half talked to me and half talked to someone on the phone (only talking to me when he was on hold). I told him I could wait and I was just inquiring about wedding flowers. He said that the owner, who handles all the wedding orders, wasn’t there at that moment, but if I left my name and number he would call me back right away and set up a time for a consultation. I left my name, number, and a brief description of what I was looking for. Now, here we are almost a week later… nothing. I couldn’t even get them to respond to me after physically stopping at the store. Guess they don’t want the business. I will be taking mine elsewhere.

Lane and Lenge handled the arrangements for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. My mother, said, «bubbeleh, the temple hasn’t looked this beautiful since your father and I got married.» The arrangements were exactly as I ordered them, ready on time, fresh, and gleaming. They really set the stage for my daughter to become a woman.

This place has the best flowers in the world. I go there whenever I’m in the CT area. The flower lady at the front, Joni is super-​helpful and nice and pretty. The head flower guy, Francois is a flower ninja master and has an awesome mustache to boot. The flower delivery guy Phil Dube is so good at delivering flowers it makes me jealous of his skill. God I love this place. These people put the funk in mother nature’s beautiful little creatures.
