We also offer Massage, CPR/​AED and First Aid Certification Classes, Nutrition Guidance, Senior Classes and Small Group Training. Our professional and knowledgeable staff specialize in training clients with a variety of goals and needs ranging from weight loss and toning to injury rehabilitation and or increased mobility. Our clientele vary in age, experience, ability and goals, so our staff stays up to date on the latest research and exercise techniques to provide every individual with expert service and a unique program tailored specifically for them. We also offer affordable gym memberships, for those just looking for a place to workout, without all of the hassle of the big box gyms. Excel Fitness is a fun and friendly place to work out.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeff R.

Business Owner

Jeff Roux is a self-​driven, highly dedicated professional to the fitness field, to the people who work around him and to himself. He embodies what a true leader and educator should promote through leading by example and living the lifestyle that he teaches. Jeff is well rounded with 17 years in the field as a trainer, and seven years experience as a Personal Training Sales Manager and recruiter. The «No-​Fail» attitude he possesses is exciting and contagious.

Jeff has proven over the years to be able to balance and succeed at any given task. Throughout college he consistently proved himself by achieving high grades while earning his B.S. in Exercise Sciences at the University of Maine, while working part-​time in the college’s fitness facility. He held multiple positions for his national fraternity and also served as the Campus’ Inter-​Fraternity Councils Vice-​President for a semester. His exceptional ability to plan, organize and follow through has made him successful in his work.
