So many negative reviews that I thought I would write a more positive one. The pharmacy staff has been super nice which I think is their best feature. And it is a very convenient location. I don’t think it’s scary at all. I live in Hartford which is literally right across the street and it’s much scarier elsewhere around here haha.

Wish I could rate zero stars.
They’re literally down the street from me and will opt to go across town rather than deal with lack of customer service the pharmacy has.
I’ve called corporate and yet they still have this demeaning attitude. The fact they deal with sick individuals they have def lack compassion.
Not realizing without customer they’ll be left unemployed.
I hope someone comes in and makes some changes. I’ve given them way too many chances! I will no longer support this establishment.

There’s quite a few CVS’s in West Hartford and this is probably one of my lesser favorites. Nothing particularly wrong with it — decent service, standard selection of products, etc.
I’m not a huge fan of the location and the parking lot. The entrance is off of a busy intersection and I can only imagine what it would be like trying to make a left turn into the lot during rush hour. Yikes — I’d probably go to the three other CVS’s in town.
I guess it’s true when they say: «location, location, location». That’s probably the downfall of this CVS, and what makes me give it two stars instead of a solid three.

The store was ok for what I went in to purchase. Quick counter experience. But outside there was a man pan handling. Be careful after dark. It scares me in any area to see pan handlers after dark it just is not safe.

Its a normal CVS. I gave it 2 stars instead of 3 stars due to the fact that the intersection and parking lot driveway on prospect/​west blvd has a giant dip and if you go faster than 1 mph your car will bottom out.

They have some clown for a manager. Prices are not taggged right and items are not shelved right. Lots of confusion occurs in the week-​ends when the weekly specials come in. Bozos running the place.
