I’ve been there a handful of times by now, and will probably not go back again. First time there was when they just opened, moving from Rolling Meadows. Lunch was not bad. Took family there for dinner a few weeks later; didn’t find exciting additions comparing to lunch. … Recently found their coupon in the mail saying now they have crabs and lobsters. So went again for dinner one weekend night. Seemed like they only offer one type on the same night — just crabs(no lobsters) in my case. They filled the crab tray very quickly; but after having one bite of the crab meat, I found the quality of the crabs were questionable. They were not rotten or spoiled, but tasted like being frozen for ages. No joy of crab eating at all! Service was always good though.

$ 3 discount for spoiled food! My wife and I went for dinner on a Thursday evening. We were early about 4:30 pm and not too many customers. We got our food and started to eat. The BBQ rib was spoiled and you can smell it even with the BBQ sauce all over it! Told the manager and he gave us a $ 3 discount for two dinners. Want to pay for smelly rotten Chinese food? This is the place. Enjoy! We will not return.

The food here is horrid — just plain gross. I tried various items and they were all bad — the only things that were edible were the egg rolls and crab rangoon. Don’t eat here unless you want to spend the rest of the day with gastrointestinal distress. I will not be back.

I probably should have passed on the sushi that, telling from the fishes dry texture, had been sitting out for a while. But it wasn’t just the sushi that was wretched but a lot of other things that I should not have eaten. However, I expect a buffet to keep up with the food being served. Perhaps the workers who were just standing by the hibachi screwing around could have been walking around stirring the trays and maintaining a sanitary experience for its customers. Needless to say I got sick, not exaggerating. I would absolutely not recommend this joint to ANYONE. It’s not worth your health.

I went in not expecting to be blown away because it’s a buffet. In a mall. And while the Chinest food is not the best — it was still good(I’ve had much, much, much worse from Chinese restaurants). And the selection of foods was HUGE. Including an area of American food like fried chicken, mashed potatoes, etc. But the best part? The hibachi. Pick your raw meats, veggies and noodles and they will grill them right there for you. Yum, Yum and more Yum. Plus, you can’t go wrong for the price. The one thing that pissed me off was the service — it was terrible. Seriously. I’ve never had such bad service in a place before, and there wasn’t much our waiter even had to do(considering we were getting our own food and hefting the plates back to our table). All he had to do was fill our drinks and then bring our check. He never once filled mine and my 2 children’s glasses of lemonade(despite the glasses sitting at the end of the table as a gentle reminder that HELLO, WE’D LIKEMORE). My husband flagged him for a refill, which he did refill — with soda(my husband had iced tea). When my husband flagged him down again(he would disappear for ages at a time) and told him, when he returned with an iced tea, he slammed it down on the table. Seriously — this guy is lucky we didn’t leave him a nasty note as his tip. We’d still go back and hope that we got a different server.

I’m not one of those people who really have high expectations for buffets. I usually can find at least one tray of food I like at a buffet. I did not for this location. Nothing tasted very good. The only thing they didn’t mess up is the jello but who really can mess up jello? So they don’t get credit for that one. Everything was bland. Please avoid the treasure shrimp. You can thank me later. The service wasn’t great. It actually made our party uncomfortable. Our waiter was just very awkward. It’s unexplainable.

This place just had it’s grand opening recently so the husband and I decided to check it out. There’s a lot of bad reviews for this place currently but I’m going to be the odd one and give this one 4 stars because actually for their price range, $ 7 – 10.50 lunch/dinner, you actually really get a good variety for your buck. Keeping in mind that you get what you pay for, I think this place’s offerings exceeds their price(currently) thus, 4 stars. The way I review is that I take into consideration price along with offering. You can’t expect a $ 20 offering at a $ 7 lunch buffet. Get what I mean? How long this will this great offer last? I don’t know as most buffets starts out great to get PR and then slide downhill from there in regards to food quality, service and cleanliness. With that, I would recommend that you try this place now than later. Pros: –8 buffet lines including 1 sushi, hibachi, dessert(1.5 bars), cold apps/salad(.5 bar), 4 entrees. –big selection of desserts & fruits –good selection of sushi –decent soups –veggies seems fresh –clams and shrimp were good –affordable pricing $ 7 for lunch, $ 10 for dinner. –staff cleaned plates and buffet lines often Cons: –sushi was TOO cold/freezer cold. –some entrees were bland like fish –rice dishes were dry –ribeye meat was OK, little dry also

Fresh food a great bargain at 10.95 for adults. Mostly Chinese and Japanese the sushi was freshly made and though had a little too much rice the fish was fresh. Most items we tried where good. The beef ribs and steam white fish where excellent. Stir Fry was ok. Deserts where many and look good. Will go back for a nice reasonable price dinner

Flaming Grill has a wide variety of foods, including America, Japanese, Chinese cuisines. Stationed at the local Spring Hill mall, this buffet is easily accessible to patrons with extensive parking availability. Price: very affordable Dinner Buffet: Adult: $ 10.49 Ages 7 – 10: $ 7.25 Ages 3 – 6: $ 5.25 Lunch Buffet is $ 2 – 3 cheaper for each category. They offer prime rib, ribeye steak, salmon, shrimp, crabmeat, chicken, sushi, build-your-own stirfry, amongst many other options with a selection of salads, fruits, and desserts. Coming here, I had tried Hibachi Buffet before and this reminded me of the food they had there. The flavors of the food here was almost identical to Hibachi but was quite a bit saltier. So if you’re watching your sodium intake… proceed WITHCAUTION. Memorable Items that I enjoyed: 1. Prime Rib: Deliciously tender and flavorful, without too much fat 2. Beef Ribs: Large Bone pieces but the sauce was well balanced with salty/sweetness 3. Baked Salmon: juicy and moist with just the right amount of flavor 4. Crab Rangoon: More like cream cheese wontons than crab because there might have been one tiny piece of crab per rangoon, but it was nonetheless good because i’m a fan of cream cheese wontons. 5. Fried Chicken wings: oily, but had a really nice crisp 6. Fried Dough: one of my favorite items here! It was so crispy and soft, I got some when it was just finished putting on display and YUM warm, sugary donut-y goodness. I ate 3 of them. :D Items that were okay: 1. Mac & Cheese: Just okay tasted unnecessarily greasy like they made it with more butter than needed. 2. Cheese Crabmeat: just a ton of mozzarella on possibly imitation crabmeat? 3. Clams: Normally delicious at Hibachi but I couldnt bring myself to eat more than one because it was SO salty! Items that I don’t recommend: Eggrolls: were just so flavorless and barely had any filling, i couldn’t even finish one bite of it. Lo Mein: tasted really weird and even spoiled Grilled Chicken: just bad flavor cooked into the chicken. Desserts: very sad selection of stale/dry pastries and ice cream(they didn’t have vanilla!) I generally did enjoy the savory aspect of the buffet because everything was somewhat cooked to my liking(minus all of the excess sodium and MSG, who knows… All I have to say is that I was thirsty for a long time after this dinner). I may return in the future in the case that Hibachi is too much of an inconvenience. Overall, I would rate a 3.5 stars, considering +/-quality of food, availability, price, ease of access.
