This is a great place to shop and seek idea from the staff. These are all working women who do not only sell long arm quilting machines but also are actively making quilts tops and quilting customers orders; so they are buzzy and can not spend every second catering to a person and follow them around waiting for a question to come up. However, if you do have a question they are happy to answer it and give tips. They sell a lot of backing fabric in many patterns and themes. They also offer many quilting classes and are so devoted to the students they will shut the store down for a class, that way there will be no interruptions. Also, there are few places in IA that a person can rent a long arm quilting machine and simultaneously be educated on how to better quilt their quilt tops. I have many friends who travel a far distance just to return to this location whenever they need something they now these women can help with ps: when I was looking for a long arm quilting machine the staff was happy to educate me about how to save the most money by combining an older frame with a new machine and still benefiting from the warranty. How many places will help you spend less at their store by giving you little secrets only they know about?

Horrible! Went into the store to look at long arm quilting machines. I have been shopping around for a good quilting machine for quite some time and am looking to make this purchase within the next month or so. This woman came up and asked me if she could help me. I asked if I could just look around a bit. The woman actually said, «Well thats ok but do be careful not to touch anything.» Wow! I am not some skuzzy person. I was casually dressed in an Anne Klein blouse and denim capri pants, but this remark was so insulting. My advice, spend your money some place else!
