Description

Specialties

Unfortunately, we are unable to care for any other pets at this time due to some personal issues that would prevent us from providing the level of care we expect from ourselves. We hope this will change but we do not have a time frame. Check back periodically, if our situation changes we will update our website and this listing. Thank you for visiting.

We are focused on reducing or eliminating the stress on your dog when you have to go away, giving you peace of mind that your dog is being cared for the way you would want, and eliminating the guilt many owners feel about leaving their dog at a kennel.

Ollie’s specializes in personalized in-home dog boarding that includes:

Extending any training you are doing at home to the time you are away to ensure no bad habits are formed

Customized care for your dogs specific needs

Constant interaction between your dog, ours, and myself

History

Established in 2014.

My wife and I never had a dog growing up so when we picked up Ollie from the breeder in early 2013 we realized we were dog people, but we had no idea the depth of that love. Since then we began to understand that we love dogs and we know the guilt associated when using a normal kennel to board them.

After seeing a dog that was so stressed by being boarded that he injured himself on the cage he was in we decided to offer something different. Ollie’s B & B was created to fill a need for those owners who can’t stand the guilt of using a regular kennel and for those dogs who get so stressed out being in a kennel,

Ollie’s goal is to be the home away from home.

Meet the Business Owner

Mitchell S.

Business Owner

I discovered the Bernese Mountain Dog breed while skiing in Colorado. The size, attitude, and fun loving nature made them the only dog for me. My family has cared for an older dog for many years but having one of my own made me realize how much I love having dogs around. I am very particular on who we allow to use Ollie’s to ensure we are living up to our Mission Statement and providing a stress-free environment for your dog. I served 8 years in the Army Reserve and was discharged early in 2014. My wife of 5 years helps me care for our guests and has the same love for dogs as I do. At the end of the day taking my dog (and yours) to the WDM dog park is an activity my wife and I regularly participate in.
