I’m building a successful real estate business by putting my clients’ needs first. I give my clients powerful, service-oriented representation. I serve all of central Iowa and target western Polk, Dallas, Madison and Warren counties.
In an effort to give my clients the best representation, I earned real estate designations well beyond the education required for licensing (Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). I also have a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in management from Drake University. I am one of only a few certified professional home staging experts in central Iowa.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young sons at our rural Madison County home where we have horses, dogs and cats
History
Established in 2011.
My career in real estate began in 2010 when another Realtor hired my communications firm to handle his marketing. A year later, I earned my license and joined him in selling homes. In 2012, I became an independent real estate specialist and helped scores of people buy and sell homes closing 42 transactions and earning «Rookie of the Year» with the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors.
