Let’s face it, no one ever WANTS to go to the DMV, but sometimes we have to do what we have to do. That being said, if you must go, it would be awesome if it was a clean, fast and semi friendly facility. Luckily for me, that’s what this location of the NJ DMV is. The staff is mostly friendly. The facility is mostly clean despite the motley crew of people that line the waiting area and the employees help to keep things moving relatively quickly. I know of some horror stories from other NJ offices. Heck, I can tell you some personal experience stories myself. But, this location isn’t bad at all. The woman taking my drivers license picture was actually really funny. She had a really good personality. The guy at the information counter when you first walked in was well dressed, well spoken and very helpful. The lady next to him, not so much, but I had very minimal contact with her, so it’s all good. I had to update my drivers license and my vehicle registration. So, two different updates and I was in and out within an hour and a half. Sounds long, but if you had seen the amount of people in there, you might expect to be there twice as long. I think they did a great job. Very nice to report a government/​state positive experience!
