I was disappointed on the service when I first arrived and began to look. I was made to feel that I was an inconvenience when one of the sales associates kept bumping into me and not acknowledging it. As if I was in HER way while she was working. She seemed very annoyed with my presence while I was searching through dresses.
Once I made my decision on a dress I had it on hold while I went to another store. I can back to make the final decision on two dresses and luckily another associate came to the rescue. I was able to make a final decision along with finding matching jewelry to go with my dress. She was extremely helpful.

After dealing with a nightmare for bridesmaids dress, Mary came to the rescue. She helped us pick a dress and went above and beyond our expectation. She’s good at what she does. My soon to be sister in law was relieved and so happy with not only the service but the beautiful dress. Thank you Mary for saving the wedding!

It’s a nice store to find formal dress wear! I bought a nice one for 40 dollars! It depends on the location, the one in here service was average. the one I went to in Orange has the best service where the girl helped me to pick dresses.
