One thing I’ll have to say: Thank GOD I found Dr. Liang!
Over the past few months, I’ve been given multiple diagnosis about my tooth problems. From my dentist saying it’s no big deal to later saying it’s my wisdom tooth being the cause of the pain in my tooth. I was THIS close to getting my wisdom teeth removed for no reason! While going through Unilocal,I came across Dr. Liang and I figured I’d give it a shot since I figured it couldn’t get any worse. Dr. Liang was able to get to «root» of the problem on our initial consultation and told me I needed to get a root canal, as my infection was fairly serious. Over the next few visits, Dr. Liang was able to take care of the issue and clean up the infection completely! I’m was initially pretty nervous about getting a root canal, but it was truly a breeze! In addition, I loved all of the new technology Dr. Liang had in his office, especially the X Ray machine. Everything was truly state of the art at this office. Also, Dr. Liang was just a cool guy to deal with during this whole process. While I hope I don’t have to get another root canal down the road, but if I do, I’ll only be dealing with Dr. Liang. You should as well! 5 stars!

Dr. Liang explained everything to me in detail and when I felt pain he took care of it. I wish Dr. Liang was my regular dentist.

I had a re-​root canal in May of 2014. Unfortunately the one I had was infected and my Dr recommended I get that fixed. Not only was Dr. Liang a great person but his work was phenomenal. With much pain in my previous root canal by another Dr. he made my visit great to almost zero pain. I had to go back 6 months after to see if I was healing and my results were excellent! I definitely recommend Dr. Liang. Remember you get what you pay for, his work is definitely worth paying a little extra.

I had my reservations. Afterall, how can any dental work be pleasant, especially, a root canal. First, I have to thank Dr. Liang for taking good care of me. I felt at ease with him. He never rushed through anything and explained things to me before starting. I hope I never need another root canal but if i ever do, Dr Liang is my «go to» man.

I never thought I’d be giving 5 stars for a root canal but Dr Liang is so awesome I had to share! When you normally think about root canals, your mind tends to drifts to an unhappy place, but not here. Dr Liang took his time to explain everything to me and eased my nervousness. The most amazing part was that the procedure was painless! I couldn’t believe how gentle and talented Dr Liang was since my general dentist told me my root canal was going to be a difficult case.
The office itself is really new and high tech. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing my doctor is using the latest and most advanced equipments when treating me. I also liked that I could complete my registration online and not be bothered with a ton of paperwork when I checked in. The staff was super friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment. The whole experience was top notch.

I had TERRIBLE pain in the back of my tooth and I seriously was willing to do anything to get rid of it. A friend of mine had recommended me to Dr. Liang; she also mentioned that he specialized in root canals and that that was probably what I needed to get done. Of course I took her word and set an appointment after reading the reviews, 5 stars you can’t beat that. Jessica, receptionist in the office, was the one who attended me and was very friendly (so much so that I remembered her name). She took me down and help me with the sign up process.
Sooner after Dr. Howard Liang came out and greeted me as he walked me to his chair; His chair was seriously A.W.E.S.O.M.E ! it was a race car seat (not a child one-​might I add). He asked multiple questions and I really felt he was interested in my time and was not rushing nor cutting my responses short. Unlike other dentist (endodontist), he valued my time. He took x-​rays of my mouth and then examined my «problem» area with a few tests. Dr. Liang then explained to me what the issue was and why it was bothering me so much. I had a cavity on the upper part of my tooth. I asked if I should just pull the tooth out, he suggested I did not. He in his friendly tone said «it was a tooth worth saving!» I could not disagree with that one! He then explained that my nerve was fine and I did not need to have a root canal done. The pain I was feeling was due to a broken filling and a cavity was being exposed.
Dr. Liang is a very honest root canal specialist; he was not looking for an easy pay-​day. He was very attentive to my issue and also recommended different alternatives to ease the pain. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a root canal! He and his staff are on top of their game. A very clean office and respected staff is a combination you don’t always see; however, going over to Valley Green you will be very satisfied ! I know I was =)

I needed a root canal and this place was recommended I was told there pricy but there good. So I gave it a try and wow the dentist was great he was patient and very good no pain during procedure my roots were tricky he said it took longer then normal but he was cool and never got frustrated this place is pricy but you get what you pay for well worth the money and it’s very clean another plus if you need a root canal this is the spot …

Back after over 3 years hiatus of writing Unilocal review just to write this one. It was THAT memorable and I needed to spread the good news.
Let me start by saying, I’m DEATHLY afraid of the dentist so when my general dentist told me I needed to get THREE root canals, I almost crapped my pants and nearly broke out in a panic attack. 2 were complicated so need to be referred out to a endodontist and 1 the general dentist said he would do himself. After consulting with many friends and family, I heard a ton of nightmares stories of root canals done by incompetent general dentists. They all suggested I get all three done by a specialist. Then low and behold, I was very fortunate to find Dr. Liang.
And with all that said, the root canals still weren’t a walk in the park but my experience here with Dr. Liang was quite possibly the most comfortable and least anxiety provoking it could have possibly been and I left each visit in good spirits.
HIGHLIGHTS:
— online web registration– no need to come in for your appointment early to fill out all that annoying paperwork. you can save a ton of time by doing it online before your visit! they even have a computer there in the waiting room to fill it out there if you didn’t have time at home.
— EXTREMELY friendly staff. Making my appointments with the receptionist was no problem at all. She was super friendly, helpful getting all my information and thorough at explaining all instructions. Dr. Liang was so warm and empathetic!!! He knew I was terrified and made sure to explain each process he was going to perform so I wasn’t left in the dark scared shitless what was going to happen next. He always asked what would make me more comfortable and trying to be accommodating.
— HIGHLY skilled– When I went back to my general dentist after the root canals to get my crowns done, he applauded Dr. Liang’s work and said he did an extremely thorough and impressive job. I had very complicated root canals in which I had 4 nerves to take out in each tooth (most dentists want to believe there’s only 3 but its bc the 4^th is usually hard to find). Dr. Liang got all of ‘em!
— BONUS: HEADPHONES!!! Yes, to ease my anxiety, Dr. Liang had these awesome comfortable headphones that I plugged into my phone so I could bump all my favorite tunes and relax as much as possible while they were working on me! This made all the difference in the world in my experience. I was bumpin’ all my favorite edm tracks to get my mind off the drilling as much as possible (it just sounded like a bad dub step mix: P)
Although I wouldn’t wish for anyone to have to get a root canal, if you get the bad news from your dentist that you do, I would not hesitate and go STRAIGHT to Dr. Liang. You can be rest assured you’ll be in great skilled hands and your experience will be as comfortable as possible. (and don’t forget to load all your fav songs onto your phone or bring your ipod! :))
