If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a car from them in March of last year. Not even two months later, the car starts having issues. I tried contacting them about it and all of a sudden we would get hung up on or they said they would return our call and not hear back until we called again. I don’t know what to do any more. I couldn’t return it and now I’m stuck with a car that I have to put more than $ 3,000 dollars into plus the monthly payment. I wish I would have never gone there. Please beware of these people. Don’t be fooled!

Best car buying experience by far! Every time I’ve been to a car lot I’ve ended up in tears over the haggling and ultimately not getting the deal I wanted. At Super Ramate the staff worked with me and I ended up getting a better deal than I anticipated. I definitely recommend Super Remate, you will not be disappointed!

Not only myself but my family has counted on this dealership for over a decade. The finance department has never hassled any purchase. Every time I’ve stepped foot on the lot their inventory was impressive. Sales staff was not pushy and they were very knowledgable in their stock.
Having purchased multiple vehicles I can confirm that the discount was more than generous on each and every occasion. Every purchase has been sign and drive and off the lot in under 2 hours. They move quickly and their service, in my opinion, sets the bar.
The quality of their vehicles leaving the lot is like leaving any OEM dealership lot, vehicle detailed with quality and attention. Not to mention a FULL gas tank.
I’m not sure what Omar B’s issue was but he may have the dealership confused with another. I’ve been going to this dealership for over 10 years and I’ve never experienced anything mentioned in his well formatted review.

I went to the dealership to find a good used car for my son. The staff assisted me with a locating a vehicle that was perfect for his first car. I ended up driving away with a new car for my son and not paying more than I wanted to. It was a good experience overall and would recommend this place to a friend or family member.

The place doesn’t have a lot of selection, the inside of the office is dirty and under-​maintained, you negotiate a price with one guy thinking that they’re the ones having the final say and just when they take your deposit and you think the haggling is done another sales man (possibly the manager) comes to try to work another deal with you. I accompanied my mom because my parents have already bought two cars from here and they were led to belief that they would get a good discount for being a returning customers which was all a bunch of BS. And to make things worse, they gave us the car with an empty gas tank, dirty and left us to our own means to get back home since my mom doesn’t drive. Don’t buy from here.
