Worst Starbucks ever. There was a hair caught in my cup not only that it took almost 30mins to get our drinks. I can understand if they are busy but seriously in-n-out is a little faster. I’m getting a drink not food. Not only that does the girl even wear there hair up? That’s so gross! I don’t even want to drink my drink and I can’t go back to complain.

It’s Def a hit or Miss with this Starbucks. Employees are either super rude or super nice they have no Medium. Drinks are pretty consistent. They forgot to give me my pastry through the drive thru line and I had to go back allllll around and the lady gave me an attitude on top of it. I will def try not to come back to this particular one

This is bull! I’m so sick of coming to this place at 11:15 with ovens turned off… No pastries, and tonight the drive thru is closed. Apparently, you must not need business, hours, or money, cuz you sure as hell don’t act like you’re in need. This is absurd! Between, me, and a friend of mine, we spend enough money at this location, multiple times, DAILY, to support at least TWO baristas. You can DEFINITELY expect a change. I’m sick of it. Rude employees,(some) not all.(There are a few really good ones), they close earlier than scheduled, when there is nothing else open at this time, near by, and you know that! This is laziness. If you don’t like money, don’t work! If you don’t like your job, quit! I spend WAY too much money here for he behavior I received tonight from the gentleman and woman working tonight. I was blatantly ignored while knocking/honking and hen told they are closed. No explanation. Nothing! Change your time then. Because you obviously DONT close at 11:30! My mistake for coming back here. I’ve been driving to Chino to compensate for these incompetent evenings! Fix it! I am LIVID! Lol! It says closes in 4 minutes! I honked, twice, said hello in the speaker twice and even knocked on the door having two employees tell me they’re closed lol it was 11:18! I pulled in at 11:12! This is BS! Sorry guys! Blame your co-workers for less tips and less hours cuz like I said… We pay a lot and tip $ 3.00 every time! Bye!

I’m seriously disappointed in Starbucks this along with a couple other ones have really been disappointing me they either give me the wrong drink they make the drink wrong or it tastes like crap and the drive-thrus are slow mo. For almost a $ 5 drink I think it’s pretty ridiculous. I’ve called the manager on this Starbucks before to complain about another incident and I just left the Starbucks receiving an iced coffee instead of a hot coffee but I didn’t even want to say anything because I did not want to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for my correct drink. And then the drive thru workers are not even friendly, I feel like I’m ordering and they’re doing me a favor by giving me my coffee I really am doing them a favor by being a customer and going to that Starbucks and helping them have a job because without customers they wouldn’t have a job. Damn you Starbucks!!!

This review is strictly for the drive-thru. You’d think you’d be taking the drive-thru to get your coffee quick and to be on your way. ABSOLUTELYNOT! This isn’t the first time that I’ve had to sit in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. You will sit in the line for at least 15 minutes before even getting to order and another 5 – 10 minutes before getting your drink. It’s seriously annoying! Meanwhile I have a screaming baby in the backseat. Fast was what I wanted without having to lug a baby in the car seat out!

This is usually my go to Starbucks but I had a bad experience the other day. The female barista(cashier) was busy chatting it up for about 5 – 10 min with a customer(her friend I’m assuming). She didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge me until she was done with her conversation. I will definitely avoid this store in the future.

I came in for coffee to my fav Starbucks when returning to my car i found that my battery was dead. luis was such a sweetheart he went and asked everyone id they had jumper cables even went outside to other employee that was on brake no one had them. he said he was so sorry but was kind enough to offer us something to drink while waiting … Short time later chanel i believe the spelling was coming into work she came to me and said Luis called her about. Her jumper cables and that i needed help so sweetly she pulled her car around and got me and my 9 year old daughter back on the road now if thats not going above and beyond for customers i dont know what is. God bless you both it was a hot and frustrating day and you made my day better

Not impressed at all. The lobby was dirty no napkins or toilet paper. Lots of staff working but no one checked the cleanliness. The staff did not ask names or even acknowledge us as customers no friendly greeting. This is below average for the stores I visit. It did look like store was drive thru focused but employees up front did not make an impact on in store customers. I would choose another location next time.

Great Starbucks but terrible parking and the drive thru line is endless. Recently got into a car accident here by some idiot who tried getting out of the drive thru line. This Starbucks is good if you’re desperate but its not worth the dangerous drivers and crazy pedestrians.

I’m super impressed with the speed of this location. I saw the drive through was packed, so I went inside. I was in and out within a couple minutes! The lady created my drink as I ordered it! As a result, my little pit stop didn’t affect my arrival time to my next appointment. Gotta love it!

This Starbucks saved my life. Well, it was the only starbucks open at the crack of dawn. I came in, grabbed my Pike’s and an oatmeal. The place was really clean and even through they were still trying to open, they were quick to help me out. I really liked this place and I think I will stop by again if I am in town.

I’ve been coming to this location for years now. Probably one of my favorite drive-thru locations since it’s so close to me. Obviously *eye roll. But anyways, even when I’ve came close to closing, their service was always good and friendly. I don’t recommend coming so close to closing hours because they might run out of certain things, like soy. And the coconut milk in my coffee is just a HUGE no. I don’t care for having coffee inside as much. The parking is quite small and the seating. But it’s placed in a very good location, right by the freeway when you’re on the go, or if you need to do some shopping. It does get busy but their service never lacks. Sometimes workers get rude when they’re overwhelmingly busy. Never had that here.

My experience has been positive when dealing with the Baristas. The lobby and outdoor tables aren’t very clean during most of my visits. Overall this location has more seating than many of the other stores I’ve visited. Also this location was built on a very small plot of land which makes it a challenge to find parking. Many people park in the mall lot next door.

Pretty quiet place for a store on a busy corner right off of the 10 freeway. They have a lot of outlets for each seating area right off of the floor. I didn’t see any wireless phone charger that I saw in some other Starbucks. The staff was busy with the drive through. They took about a minute to get to me for my order. I ordered my usual – matcha green tea latte with soy no sweetener, but the inexperienced barista did not stir the matcha powder completely. The barista had the audacity to say that since I order it often(I had a reusable cup with a written note of how I like my matcha green tea latte from my favorite SBUX barista that I usually go to), he said that I’ll know how to deal with the powder chunks. I do, since my favorite barista taught me, but to hear him say that… tsk, tsk, tsk. — 1 star for the service attitude.

I don’t recommend going to this starbucks. Worst service I’ve had in a very long time… Come on it’s just coffee. I understand mistakes can be made but when politely you say, «hey this isn’t what I ordered.» it’s as if the lights turn off in the brain and then attitude. Starbucks we pay high prices for coffee based on quality and customer service. Otherwise I am good with 7 – 11 or my k-cup.

Nice and friendly Starbucks off of the freeway. They were happy to do a pour over for me since I wanted a blonde roast coffee mid afternoon. Definitely plan on returning for my coffee needs. The drive thru does back up in the morning.
