I thought I wrote a review about this place however I do not see it so maybe not. I came here on 02÷08÷1411:10 a.m. to return heels that I purchased online. I was told that I would have to wait for a manager to arrive at 1:00 p.m. as the two sales associates there were not trained in doing a return. Only the manager was. I could not understand how they had a 2 hour gap with no manager because I could not be the only person to ever arrive upon opening with a return. Nevertheless, I was about to go home and return at 1:00 p.m. however I realized it would be such a waste so I perused the mall until 12:45 p.m. Upon arrival, the manager was still not there, per the same female sales associate. I perused their shoes but knew I was not purchasing anything. At 1:00 p.m., I did not see a manager. A little after 1:00 p.m. I noticed a man walking around the back and thought that the two sales associates who I spoke w/earlier would have informed him that I have been waiting for him. Finally, a few minutes later, I approached the register and he completed the return but said that the main office would be issuing my money back. The receipt that he printed out for me showed«$ 0.00.» I was a bit perturbed as it looked like I was only receiving $ 0 back. I paid $ 35.95 for the shoes. He assured me that I would receive the entire amount back in a few days to my credit card. I left feeling a bit unsettled as I have never returned an item without receiving my money back. On 02÷12÷14, I was credited with $ 26.17 which was a huge difference from $ 35.96. After emailing customer service, I was informed that I would NOT receive the entire amount because of the shipping cost was not refunded. Now I was just very irritated as I had brought the shoes back to a store in order to NOT pay for shipping back to Ontario where their head office was and to my dismay I was misinformed by the Manager. I immediately told my gfs of my family of the story and will never shop with Shiekh again.
