Came to get my usual gel mani and pedicure and I had Summer. It was my first time getting her and I absolutely loved her. She took her time and I will definitely making my appointments with her

I came in on Sunday with my boyfriend to get a regular spa pedicure and manicure. The ladies did a good job. My polish on both hands and feet are still intact and looking great. I’m curious to know what varnish they used on my fingernails to keep the coat shiny and not chip. Spa pedicure and manicure was $ 19. If you happen to come in Monday through Thursday, their special price is $ 15.99 for spa pedicure and manicure. Will be returning next week for my gel manicure!

I been coming here for 6 years to get my toes done. I love the prices and good quality and service.

Very very horrible experience. They all laughing and joking and not focusing on there clients. I am never ever coming back here again.

So today I decided to try a new nail place today so I Unilocaled and Quality Nails came up… As soon as I walked in the workers were unpleasant… The lady that did my pedi tried to use one of those calluses scrubbers on my feet that she had already used on someone else and I know it was use because it was FILTHY!!! I will never come here again and don’t recommend it! I only give it a star because Unilocal makes you star one other than that this place is a negative 5 star place

Um okay so I show up and they attend me quite quickly but the thing is that they didn’t have the same color for my toes so my nails are 10x lighter than my toes :(I’m sad and disappointed

I came in when it was busy, and close to closing time. They just asked if I would like to wait and I ended up waiting for almost an hour. Even when they were technically already closed, they were still working on me and I didn’t feel rushed.
Overall, they did a good job, as compared to some of the other nail salons I’ve tried. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of work was good. They try to up-​sale the services, but just be ready for them. I will definitely come here again.

I drive all the way from san Gabriel to here because there’s only few people who I like when it comes to cleaning my toe nails and eye brow waxing… But today was different. It started off when the girl who waxed my brows accidentally put some wax on my hair instead of patient taking the wax off, she cut a piece of my hair off!!! Cut it?!? without even asking me if that was ok… I also hope they pay more attention when then work on the nails than keep talking to each other. I don’t think it’s a safe practice.

Im a regular when it comes to eyebrow waxing. The service varies depending on the time of day you come in… sometimes there busy, other times they make a quick service. Their really good at gel polishing and full sets and curlettes ehhh depends who did it.

I’ve been going to this place for more than ten years and I’ve seen a lot of changes over the past decade– both good and bad. My mom, grandma and I come here nearly every month to get our lady business taken care of – waxing, manicures, pedicures, you name it. It was great seeing them as a business gain popularity and success. However, over the past couple of years I have seen the quality of business go down. It seems as if they have gotten really comfortable and don’t put in as much effort as they used to. This applies to customer service, cleanliness, etc. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but my last two experiences have changed my mind completely:
1) I was told to go to the waxing room where usually an esthetician meets me after a minute or two, but I was promptly forgotten about. I left the room a couple times to peek out and see if that would make a difference, but it wasn’t until I left for my car that anything changed.
2) Last week when I went to get waxed, I left the salon with wax and hair ALL over my face. It’s $ 5 for eyebrows and $ 5 for upper lip so I suppose you get what you pay for?
I always come Monday thru Wednesday because they tend to be pretty busy onwards, and I also make an appointment right when they open to avoid having to wait. I’ve definitely witnessed them telling people to wait 5 – 10 minutes, and for that to easily turn in to 20 – 30 minutes. Anyhow, I hope they shape up. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for now.

Low prices and fast service… as long as you avoid Fridays. The operators are ethnic Vietnamese and speak to each other in their native language constantly. No, they are not gossiping about YOU. I mention it only because it makes it more difficult to communicate what you want. I recommend negotiating with the proprietress who speaks the best English. Do you want a standard manicure or a gel polish cured with light? Do you want a pedicure with callus removal (extra charge)? These ladies respect a woman who politely asks prices ahead of time. Actually, I’ve even seen men get pedicures there on occasion. Be sure to tip your operator well, you can afford it at these prices.

In Socal, We all wear sandals year round long (don’t lie! you know you do!), even if it means freezing our nips off cold. With that being said, there are a lot of cracked neglected feet that are waiting to get soaked, scrubbed, and purrrrtied up.
We came here at the last possible minute before they «closed». I asked for a spa pedicure… and I have to say there wasn’t anything so spa-​ful about it. The water was cold for my feet and it didn’t warm up that much either. She asked if I wanted a scrub on my feet to get all that nasty dead skin out and I agreed. She however didn’t do a great job at it. It was scrubbed in one central location and she didn’t go around the bottom of my heel… come on lady… If you are gonna charge an extra $ 5 to do a scrub… please do it right. When it came time to put a warm towel on my legs… I was very shocked. She just threw on the HOT towels on my leg and seriously could have burned some skin off. Not cool at all. I would have liked a more comfortable spa pedicure but I guess that’s what I get for going in at almost closing time.
My friend loves to come here for the Gel manicure. They seem to do a great job with that.

I’m only giving this place a 5 star rating because of Melissa and Amy these two ladies have done an amazing job with it comes to my waxing, medi, pedis, and facials.
I also gave it a 5 star rating cause of their prices they have amazing prices you can afford and if you get lucky and get Melissa or Amy then for sure you are getting your money worths.
As for products I have to admit their nail color selection really sucks so bring your own colors cause I doubt you will find one you will actually like I couldnt. As for full sets this place isn’t my cup of tea but I have seen other ladies leave very happy and with cute sets.
As for customer service I have gotten nothing but the best treat from these two ladies but trust me if you arent a regular there then you will for sure get the royal treatment of a new customer especially if they have never seen you before but if you have a favorite and they know it then the other ladies can be a bit snobby. Otherwise I am happy just going back for Melissa and Amy.
Overall, I like this place and have gone back plenty of times so that to me is enough said.

I can’t believe it’s almost been a year since I last came here! It’s almost depressing to think how much I neglect my hair and nails :(
With that said, the first thing on my to-​do list on my day off is to get a medipedi. Sounds like a simple thing to do, but when you have a life like mine, it ain’t easy to take time out to pamper my poor little fingers!
I do a lot of manual labor at work + at home. I definitely get down when I start cleaning my office and home. Therefore, most manicurist gives me a WTF look EVERY time I hand them my hands. it’s almost like a Cinderella moment for me.
Fortunately enough, I had Tina again for my spa pedi. As stated on my last review, I don’t need Spa pedi unless I’m at a very nice place. On a regular basis, I need to get up and go in an hour. But I think everyone that comes here gets the Spa pedi, so I went along with it.
Tina once again did an exceptional job. She is so detailed with my toes, and I really appreciate her checking every single one of them after she paints them, and finish it off by using a brush to gently remove all the excess polish. You can tell she really cares about her work. She also takes the time to file and trim your toesies. Really I felt pamper!
I don’t know the name of the lady that did my mani, but she was probably the owner because she was constantly picking up the phone. I was pretty impressed that she was constantly on the phone with her left shoulder, at the same time, painting my nails! I was more impressed of her muilti tasking skills than mad that she wasn’t paying attention to my nails 100%. It’s almost like 2^nd nature to her. Very steady, not one time did she mess up. Not to mention, being impatient that I am, screwed up my right middle finger twice. I was trying to pay and jacked up my nail that wasn’t dry yet. She was really nice and fixed it for me– twice. While the place was jammed pack with people (there were like 5 people waiting) she still I sat for 10 minutes and it obviously wasn’t enough time to dry, even though I used their machines with the UV light :(
With all that service, (and Tina BTW ended up remembering me in the middle of our pedi section, how sweet of her. I’ve only met her once and it was a year ago) was only $ 19!!! Unbeatable price! Doesn’t give you long massages, but seriously you can’t get that elsewhere.
If you’re picky like me, bring your own polish!

Like most women, I’ve been to dozens of nail places. But ever since I discovered this place, I refuse to go anywhere else for a manicure.
First of all, they have some serious customer loyalty. During the hour it takes to get a mani/​pedi, you’ll see at least 6 women walk through the door requesting a certain manicurist, saying they’ll wait however long it takes to get «their girl». And then, it’s like «Cheers» in there, where everyone knows everyone’s first names, everyone’s kids names, baby due dates, husbands names, kisses on cheeks, etc etc. You can tell each manicurist has a relationship with their customer. Right when I walk in, Kathy says, «Erica! It’s been a month, where have you been?» She’ll look at my cuticles and shake her head.
(Related side note: Kathy is the best when it comes to gel application and french tip. My nails are real, and I’ll only trust her to handle them. But make an appointment.)
They take their time with your nails. They don’t try to hurry or cut corners just to get more customers in. If they mess up, they take the polish off and start over.
I’m never unhappy when I leave Quality Nails =)
