History
Established in 2008.
Tommy had a passion-cooking pansit the old fashioned way. Matched with wife Luisa’s business acumen, this couple opened Planet Pansit in October, 2008. He comes from a long line of excellent cooks. From his mother, uncles and aunts worked as professional cooks. Luisa on the other hand is a tireless businesswoman engaged in financial services. Together with their children: Christian (16), Olivier (14) and Albert (11), decided to grab the opportunity to open their first restaurant. In an impromptu family brainstorming cum visioning workshop, they decided on the name «Planet Pansit», with the vision to provide a variety of best tasting pansit they cook at home. With Christian’s artistic logo, Olivier’s analytical knowledge, Albert’s mathematical and physical attributes, combine with the expertice of Auntie Ofel and Uncle Charlie, the family built this Little restaurant with care and passion. Today, Planet Pansit commands a growing clientele of happy diners and catering patrons.
