I went with my parents to help them buy a car. Raymundo Lopez was just amazing with my parents! He was very helpful, patient, kind, attentive, and just a class act. Raymundo explained all of the car functions until they felt comfortable, helped set up their phone apps, navigation, and even helped them set up their 1^st oil change appointment 6 months from now so they do not need to worry about anything. My parents and myself highly recommend coming here and dealing with Raymundo Lopez, his awesome!!!

I went car shopping with my cousin it was our first time at this dealership and all I can say is We definitely got a great Sales person to help us Daniel Martinez was very genuine/​attentive and really listened to my cousins needs… I don’t know if my cousin would have walked out with a new Toyota Camry if we would have went anywhere else will definitely be coming back when I’m ready to purchase a new car and will be referring friends and family to him as well! Even though it is a dealership… you can rest at ease at this particular location! The service advisors are very courteous and always acknowledge me as I am waiting. Whether I have an appointment or not. I am always well taken care of. The resting area is comfortable enough for you to wait and work on a lab top (free internet browsing). You can also go out and look at the new toyota vehicles and the sales people are very friendly without you having to worry about them being after you for a sale. I would definitely recommend this store to a friend or family if they are purchasing a vehicle or servicing their car. You even get a free car wash at the end of your service =). This is by far the best facility I have ever taken my Toyota Tundra to for repairs and service. The staff here is extremely courteous and helpful. Their service was timely and the job was well done. I will definitely be back as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I bought a certified pre-​owned car from this dealer and was pleased with their service. Daniel Martinez was a great sales rep and texted me and help me through the sale. Ultimately, his sales manager did the deal and didn’t budge on the price. They did match the CarMax quote on my trade-​in truck so that helped. I would recommend this dealer to my friends.

The car i bought was fine besides the spare (leaking air). my complaint is with their finance officers. my price was 14 769.54. they said my bank will only finance 14 750 so they asked for 19.54 paid by me. fine, i obliged and they charged my credit card. Later i find out my bank did finance the the whole amount. I called multiple times to this dealership (6 times) waiteilld 7 weeks and still no check. this buisness practice is ridiculous. i really expected more from a penske company. i am very very disappointed. so be very careful with your invoice and contract. it maybe only 19 bucks but its the principal of the matter.

This review is for my sale person Mr. Adiel and his co worker Mr. Ray. I went with my family on Jan 2,2016 to look and buy a car. I was referred by my boyfriend’s parents to come here, because they told me that Mr. Adiel can help me with the cars I want and give me a good price. My first impression of this place is decent, clean, and it have this muti beverages machine. Mr. Adiel approached my mom and I professionally. He greeted us and shook our hands. Then, we went to looks at cars. He showed me three different Toyota Camry. I already have the Toyota Camry that I want in mind. I get to test drive the Toyota Camry XLE 2016 along seated was my brother and my boyfriend’s father. The car was beautiful, it have all the interior systems that I wanted, and importantly a navigator included. The car seat material was smooth and the tire was not heavy. After coming back from the test drive we come down to negotiating the car price. His front desk coworker Mr. Ray came and settle the final price with us. I am happy what I got and what I paid for. Mr. Adiel is very helpful, he taught me how to operate some system in the car. I drove off with my family in the new car and I would recommend friends and family to buy Toyota here. My brother and son love their chocolate choco, coffee, and popcorns. I am happy.

I recently bought a 2016 Corolla S Plus and it was the best car buying experience i ever had. I work as a pricing manager at my job and can smell BS from a mile away. These guys especially Ray Dulay is the real deal. No hassle, no BS, no wait, great service and he gave me a S Plus when I was only wanting the Corolla S for less than I was asking for.
I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour with car washed and tank filled. If you or your friends or family are in need of a Toyota, go to Penske and talk to Ray Dulay.

Daniel Martinez was claiming to give us a deal of a lifetime. a $ 28,000 — 2015 Prius for $ 40,080. Wow, that was a deal of a lifetime. Avoid at all cost, shop else where. Best part he brought is Nincumpoop BOSS who says it was a deal as well and that since I did want to put any down payment. That is why the car was bit more. Wow overall $ 12,000 in interest? that is the almost half the price of the car. DEAL OR NO DEAL?? YOU BE THE JUDGE.

Glad you responded back so my FICO score no where the 700. So that automatically put a $ 12,000 interest charge on the vehicle. I don’t see any type of deal whatsoever. $ 12,000 is just under half your MSRP on the vehicle. By the way, I Never claimed to have a credit score of 700. FUNNY THING IS I EVEN TOLD THAT TO GOOD OL Daniel. Unless you were there you should not speak on anything. So next time state facts unless you were actually there. You’re going based off of here say that your employees are telling you. Great customer satisfaction as you can see. In Penske Toyotas case the sales rep is always right. ;) GREAT MOTO.
New Tactic, Whenever you don’t get the sale. Ensure that when they leave a review you air them out and make them feel alienated so that they never even think of buying anything related to Toyota. Tammy Johnson I must say you are definitely going to be going places.

I called before coming for my prius service, I asked the lady on the phone about the service special «the work» on the web site, she told me yes, that’s $ 49 special can apply for your prius. Made the next day appointment. come in the morning.
The service guy told me, $ 69 for «the work»,
I said no way, I called and asked, the lady on the phone said $ 49 for my Prius. Can you see who made the appointment for me?
He told me, I don’t know who made the appointment, but the work is $ 69.
I said, can you look it up who? The special is on the web site.
He told me, I don’t have the access to see who made the appointment. And we have no access to the internet.
I said no way, I put out my phone and go to their web site, put out the page the service special. It’s show $ 29 for the work, (synthetic oil extra), so, I asked how much more for synthetic oil?
He said $ 20, that’s jUST for oil change.
I told him, I just need oil change. I just got my four new tire.
He said, dont worry, I’ll take care of you.
Conclusion: I know they just try to make a living, but don’t lie to people’s on the phone and making them come and rip them off.
P. s. I think the mobile and the desktop version for their web site is different. Because I see $ 49 on my laptop at home and $ 29 on my phone.

My experience started with a MINUS 1 STAR experience, but I’m giving them 4 stars solely based on the service provided by the President Steve Kwak & Operations Director Augie Gonzales who were absolutely OUTSTANDING in addressing my issues with the service I received. As they work hard to turn around Toyota of West Covina I hope that I can upgrade this review to a full 5-​stars.
SUMMARY — I’ll put this at the top if you don’t want to read my manifesto below. (1) Give Toyota West Covina a try. They will work to keep your business. (2) Don’t go to William Nadler as your service adviser, he’s simply in over his head.
First, THE BAD.
Oh, lawd-​have-​mercy. DO. NOT. GO TO William Nadler. Two other Unilocaler’s shared their abysmal experience with Mr. Nadler. I have to agree. I don’t think he is intentionally deceptive. I think he is simply incompetent.
I went in for a simple 115,000 mile service. I advised Mr. Nadler that a front light bulb was out & needed changing and that I would like my wipers changed. I asked how much the service would be. I also asked him how much a ‘detail wash/​wax’ was. Finally, I asked how long the service would take, so that I could either get a ride home or wait on site. He couldn’t answer any of my questions.
He didn’t know how much the service was. He didn’t know how much a wash/​wax was, though they do offer that service. He didn’t know how long the service would take. He told me he’d look into it & get back to me while I wait. He mentioned he’d know more in 1.5 hours. Well, that sounded wrong. I mistakenly thought that he simply mis-​spoke & he’d have more answers shortly. WRONG. 3 HOURS LATER my service was done, but my lightbulb was NOT changed nor were the windshield wiper blades changed.
Without going into the confusing conversation that followed (his confusion or maybe avoidance of my question) it ultimately came out that my car was being washed, but that he would change the lightbulb AFTER the car is washed (they usually wash the cars when the service is done to clean any residue from the work performed). I would only have to wait ANOTHER HALF HOUR.
Oh, and I need new brakes, 4 new tires, new spark plugs, and a whole list of work totaling over $ 2000 — AFTER I waited for THREE HOURS. I said forget it. I’m going home. I’ll deal with the tires & brakes later. I’m DONE.
THE GOOD
While I was waiting for my car to be washed — after the fiasco of a conversation with William Nadler — I called Costco to inquire about tires. After I got off the phone, another employee, Mr. Hernandez, asked if everything was OK & if he could help. HE. WAS. AWESOME! He was so helpful. First he listened to my whine about the 3 hours I just spent at the dealer. THEN he went and found the general manager (turns out it was the President) AND the Service Manager to help me out.
WOW!!! They really really seemed to care! They patiently listened to my now irate tirade about my miserable experience. Then they worked to try to solve my problems!!! They were so GREAT. I felt that I was treated MORE than fairly and got better service & solutions than I expected.
The day I picked up my car, William Nadler was not there. I was helped by Juan. Who, as I have come to expect in over 20 years of car ownership, actually knew the answers to my questions and was patient, well-​spoken & knowledgeable about HIS JOB.
I’ll save you the details, but one sweet Audi loaner later, I was out the door for the weekend while they changed my tires, brakes, lightbulb & windshield wiper blades.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
Revising my comment since Penske had Unilocal remove it. Reporting experience because I have still NOT been contacted by Penske after emailing the manager directly.
I recently had my scion Tc serviced. The service department claimed that wires had been chewed by rats, which is unusual considering I drive the car everyday. We declined to patch the wire for $ 460 or $ 3000 to change the entire set of wires.
My father and I looked at the wire and realized it had been CUT not chewed. Why would the service department say it had been chewed when it was obviously cut? Please advise that these wires were not easily accessible. I really hope this isn’t happening to customers regularly. I also hope the technicians in the service department aren’t paid commission because that would motivate unlawful tampering of vehicles.
