Stopped by after work to buy a sim card. Pablo the manager is an extremely rude and unprofessional person. He claimed I needed new service or that I NEEDHIM to activate and charge me the $ 15 in addition to $ 10 sim. I’ve bought them before with no problems and the supervisor even recommended to activate on my own via phone after I asked. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this location. Shame because I remember it used to be a good store. It’s no surprise they are hiring. Who would want to work with such a person?

Went to my local metro pcs in la puente to meeting with Pablo the store manager in this location. 1st off he has terrible customer service with his false authenticity to communicate. He smiles awkwardly and made the expirence uncomfortable. Anyways when I was running through the purchase process I noticed he mentioned an activation fee and kept rambling on about fees. Fees have a strange way of rubbing me the wrong way and for some they will accept the fact that it’s «a normal process» but for me I like to get to the bottom of it and find out what these fees really are. When I consistently asked as to why these fees are being applied he would not give me a straight answer, few minutes in he waved the fee. In circumstances such as «sales tax» and standard fees there is no such thing as just waving them such as if you were to go purchase merchandise there will always be a sales tax that is final. I’m assuming they pitch«false fees» and mr. pablo himself is most likely scamming people off sales. Metro pcs please look into these fees that are magicly waved, something isn’t right in this location Nonetheless the associates do a wonderful job, but management should be looked into

why they stop doing the metro PCs commercial with those dudes from India. I love their antics.
