Poor service. Yogurt is watery not creamy. They close the machines before the stated hours so don’t come fifteen minutes before closing — you won’t get served. Won’t be coming back again.

The milk tea boba here is good. The place is up to par on its looks and the employees are friendly, but the tables in the place are wobbly. They spin, so if you wanna switch drinks with your friend without them knowing, do it! lol anyhow I got my drinks pretty quick and I’ve been to the place before for the yogurt and they don’t have much of a variety but it’s close to home so it’s good for the price and distance. Plus it’s close to the school so lucky kids! the restroom is a bit dirty and the mirror is carved like a gas station but they have everything you need in there. Go ahead and try this place tho! :)

I’ve been here a few times before to try their boba drinks. They serve the best smoothies and juices in the nearby area. Today we tried their frozen yogurt for the first time. I got 4 flavors lol. Cookies n cream, cheesecake, cake batter, and taro. They have more toppings than Yogurtland, and their froyo is way more thick and creamy. It doesnt come out of the machine melty, just solid like real icecream. Thanks Jon for teaching us about the new«stamp card» check-in system. Can’t wait for my discounted item after a few more visits! I definitely recommend this place to those with a sweet tooth or those out to beat the heat.

This place is not the greatest, but have taken my kids here a few times because we happen to be in the area. It’s usually pretty empty, which explains why sometimes the fruit looks like it has been sitting there all day. Prices not as reasonable as other yogurt places. I think we will stick with Yogurtland, which my kids love!

The place is nice, colorful. The yogurts are pretty good and not too sweet. I wanted something simple so I got the French Vanilla and the Strawberries and Banana yogurt. It’s was pretty good. Overall, I would recommend it.

Came here twice so far. The first time my room mate complained about the mandarin oranges said they were spoiled… eww. I only added mangos to mine and thought they could be fresher but ok. I went back today and the girl asked me if i wanted strawberries and i said no and she said good cause there is NO strawberries… okayyy? Anyway i added lotsa fruit and guess what. The pineapple and the mangoes were spoiled and sour! I had to spit it all out cause it totally killed it :(the actual yogurt is pretty decent but I don’t think I’ll be back. Sorry.

Cashier is really cute if you go in the morning. His nice smile just started off my day perfectly. Oh yeah, yogurt was on spot as well! Gonna come more often now. ;)

Disappointing yogurt… was raving sweets but everything I sampled was way too sweet. Watermelon sorbet tasted like too much sugar added to a watermelon. I ended up getting french vanilla and cookies and cream cause they we’re simple flavors I usually get at yogurt places. The toppings I added weren’t good at all Mango tasted out of season and tasted like mango skin. Oreo crumbs we’re literally stale crumbs The pink popping jellies weren’t really popping. Fresh ones normally pop in your mouth. I think because it wasn’t very busy, they we’re starting to lose overall quality and the price was expensive for what I got. I paid $ 5 and it was half full in a small cup. I’d go to yogurtland if ur craving yogurt or baskin Robbin which is in the same plaza

The yogurt was okay but it was too sweet for me, and the prices were a little ridiculous. They charge for the the weight of your yogurt and any specific toppings you might get. Also, they have a $ 5 minimum for card which was difficult because I only had debit.

I’m not sure how many times I’ve been to this store, but it’s definitely more than 10 times. It opened maybe 6 – 7 years ago when I was in my 2nd/3rd year of high school(right across the street). I was reading some of the other Unilocal reviews, and Derek did say something that kind of rang true for me. He said, «when i come here im usually the only person, even on a friday night.» And that’s exactly what I was thinking about this place even before I read his review. Every time I go here, it seems like I’m the only person there, even if there is a person there. It could be a good or bad thing, depending on the person. It’s like entering a nice and quiet place to get yogurt. But at the same time, it could be strange and creepy(especially with the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory décor — look at some of the pictures!) It’s generally the same yogurt every time I go. Occasionally, there will be new flavors. They have a lot of extras that you can put on the yogurt(I usually just put one fruit in it). But overall, it’s just yogurt when I want it, when I feel like it. There’s nothing too special about it or amazing. There’s a five dollar minimum to use Visa/Mastercard. That could be a bad thing since it implies that customers need to get 5 dollars worth(or weighted) yogurt. And most people use card, so it’s kind of a cheap business ploy. And another thing… I saw money inside a «tip» jar. I don’t know about some customers, but if you realize something, this place is SELF-SERVE! You serve the yogurt and things yourself. Something about this tipping culture in America makes it seems as if tipping is necessary all the time. You should tip when there’s service. Some people need to watch Quentin Tarantino’s opening of Reservoir Dogs.

First time having Joghurt and it wasn’t as good as the competitors. Taste: 3⁄5 bc the yogurt was watery and quite bland. Didn’t have the frozen texture. I got strawberry, which tasted like strawberry, cookies and cream, didn’t resemble cookies, and vanilla, taste like plain yogurt. The fruit toppings(strawberry) were fresh and vibrant but others(oreos, buttefinger, walnut, coconut, and worms) were stale. Service: 3⁄5 checked out and went about my business. Wasn’t greeted or asked any questions except, do you want a lid?

I’m not a big fan of frozen yogurt, but the new owners made this a smoothie place as well! And I am now a devoted customer. Their smoothies are so yummy! And customizable which is awesome:) I’ve gone 3 times this week already! It is now my go-to smoothie place: D

The past three times I came in, I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I used to love this place but there’s never any new flavors and not only that, every time I’ve come in, they’re out of almost half their flavors even the basic tart. The flavors they do still have aren’t great either. Probably not going to come back again.

This place is clean but deserted. Only me coming in and only 1 cashier manning. Taste-wise, it’s good. I got the chocolate, mango tango, green tea, cheese cake, cookies n cream w/popping boba and mochi topping. A little freaky huh? Love each taste of the yogurt but not the popping boba. It’s far fr other place tho and I don’t live close by. So, I guess i will only come back if I’m in the area.

Unilocal 2014 Challenge #14/100 Meh. Although I do believe this is a good alternative to Yogurtland in price, I did not like the experience when I came here. I had come in, gotten a cup, filled up my yogurt and gotten my toppings, but it took a good 5 – 10 minutes, and a lot of «hellos» to get the attention of the worker in the back(we don’t know what she was doing, but seriously, we could have filled up 5 cups of yogurt and then just left). Our yogurt was melting by the time she finally came to the register. Sitting down, there was no one else in the store, so at least there was peace and quiet. Looking around, the chairs and tables look pretty cool and fun for kids. Btw, $ 5 minimum for cards!

Jogurt Haus has been here for a few years and here I am now, barely trying it out! hahaha! First off they have pretty cool, modern, colorful décor that I liked and it was clean too. As for the flavors, they have at least a dozen, my favorite being their pistachio. They have lots of toppings to choose from such as fresh fruit, Oreo cookies to Mochi. Overall, everything was pretty good, but not mind blowing(but then again one would not expect that from a frozen yogurt place after all). Another cool thing about Joghurt Haus that it is hardly ever crowded, there is ample parking and it is local. Staff here was pretty friendly even after I made a huge mess. I think I would return if I was craving frozen yogurt and was too lazy to drive anywhere else.

Reminds me of a not-so-popular yogurtland, decently priced, and good toppings. It doesn’t get too crowded, which I like and is only a few minutes from home. Awesome alternative to the major chains. People are nice and friendly too. Parking lot kinda sucks sometimes, cuz there’s a lot of other restaurants/shops in the plaza… but that’s about it.
