While Help-​U-​Sell Advance Realty opened its doors in 2001, Help-​U-​Sell has been helping owners save thousands since 1976. Started in Anaheim California, franchises are now located coast to coast and overseas as well. The founder, Don Taylor, believed that most people realize agents don’t sell houses, but rather that «houses sell houses», and that the owners are capable of showing the house if they could just get professional help with the ever increasing and complex legal and paperwork details. Gene Manners, licensed Real Estate Broker since 1988 and Broker/​Owner of Help-​U-​Sell Advance Realty since 2001, is a recipient of many real estate industry awards both with Help-​U-​Sell and with traditional real estate brokerages – here in California and in Australia.
