Specialties
Since opening our doors in the U.S. we have been quietly serving our loyal customers with the same quality and attention to detail as our Japanese sister restaurants. To achieve the level of umani we want, our signature pork tonkotsu ramen soup is simmered for a minimum 18 hours before it is ready to serve. Our miso ramen soup is completely made from scratch with three different kinds of non-GMO organic soy beans imported from Japan. We have two types of fresh noodles (thin or wavy) sourced from the most reputable local vendors. We also have our popular organic miso vegetarian ramen for those who don’t eat meat. Our other specialty is our chicken ramen and seafood champon.
At Fujin Ramen, we do not skip on quality ingredients and we take pride in our craft. This is the reason our customers have come to love our ramen.
