Flores A/C & Heating

I usually do not leave negative reviews, but I think I am doing a disservice to consumers as well as the provider to not let our dissatisfaction be known. A week ago during the hottest and most humid days of summer our central AC went out. We found Air Pro S via an ad in the PennySaver, called and made an appointment for a $ 75 initial service call to diagnose the problem and get it repaired. «Jim» arrived while I was at work and my wife showed him around so he can look at the system, i told her to call me with the estimate and for final approval of repairs. Her first call she told me that Jim was very irritable and condescending, complaining about the heat and how he would rather not be there. Her second call she said Jim said the problem is a defective circuit breaker, I was at work and had a customer on hold at the time, she said he wants to know right now if we are will to pay $ 250 to replace the circuit breaker, I said i would call her right back, when she told Jim that he took the phone, said time is money and he needs to know right now, not later if we want to fix it or not, i explained that I had a customer on hold and need at least 5 minutes to call him back. He said I will give you 2 minutes. When I called back back, my wife said he is packing up and leaving as my 2 minutes were up 10 seconds ago, I should have let him leave but we «begged» him to stay and fix it as the weather was miserable. That did not fix the problem, he charged us $ 250 and he said he could not repair a «fried» unit, he left the job leaving parts of our unit unassembled laying on the ground. Jim was unprofessional, unkowlegable, and down right rude. We called another company the next day who fixed the problem which was a fan motor. I will never use Air Pro S again and do not recommend them to any other person needing AC repair. If I could give a rating lower than zero stars I would.
