Doggie Glam Mobile Pet Grooming

Amanda and Jackie came over to groom my Labradoodle and terrier mix. They were very gentle and kind towards my dogs. The dogs were dirty and matted (a little over a month since they were washed) the girls did a wonderful job on my 2 boys. I will definitely use them again.

Amanda is so great with our Lab Bucky, who is a bit of an oversized lap dog. Both girls were very comfortable and friendly. They came early and made the experience very family friendly for my little ones to be able to peek in and see our fur baby being groomed. Would definitely recommend the girls and this very convenient service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Selma and Doggie Glam for well over 5 years and love them. I’ve never had an issue and have recommended them to multiple friends and family in the area who continue to use their services. My dog Halo always gets excited when either Selma or Amanda come around to give him his bath. I highly recommend them for anyone reading this for the first time and considering them to take care of your pets.

Love love love this grooming service! So convenient and excellent service. My cat doesn’t like going places and this is perfect because they come to you! I roll definitely recommend them!

I’ve been using them for almost 2 years now and I love their work. I especially love Amanda who is able to handle my shih tzu who is a huge brat when it comes to grooming. I think prices are reasonable because not everyone can groom a dog, deal with their behavior and make them look good, trust me I’ve tried.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful… our Molly was so comfortable. She was in desperate need of a spa day. Shes expecting and ready to give birth. Amanda and her assistant did a really great job. Will use them again. They were able to take her today! So

Wasn’t too impressed, I have a teacup Pomeranian and German Shepherd. The Shepherd was practically cheaper than the Pom.
$ 50 for a Pomeranian is Absurd, especially when he’s only 4 lbs.
I will give it 3 stars because I thought the groomers were nice and gentle with my shepherd who has anxiety. But overall, I thought it was overpriced and the shepherd was still damped when she was handed to me

I’m so glad I called Doggie Glam, they did an amazing job on my border collie Zoey! She got a complete shave down nails cut and bath and a very cute bandana around her neck. I was so satisfied with their work that I scheduled my other pup for cut and bath in two weeks. Thank you Doggie Glam! Zoey looks like a brand new pup!

Horrible communication. I’d had them groom my pets a couple of times. The service was ok at first but the recent experience was terrible. The person responsible with texting was always late in responding to my texts and when I say late, I don’t mean a couple hours late, I mean a couple days late, or sometimes no response at all. There was this one time they did not show up even after both sides agreed on the appointment time and date. I texted them to see what happened right after and as expected, they ignored me. If you are reqding this and uou are the owner, i am just letting you know that this is no way of doing business. What keeps customers coming back are honesty, trust and the ability to keep what you promise to the customers. Your business doesnt have amy of these. Never again will I do business with these people, I’d rather bring it somewhere else, where I can be satisfied with the service even if they charge higher.

The 2 ladies just left our house and our 2 dogs look amazing and smell wonderful! We could not be happier. The price for our 2 dogs was very reasonable and I highly recommend doggie glam to anybody who is looking to have their dogs groomed! Our doggies are so happy now, thank you girls!

Wrong company

Found this groomer on here ( Unilocal). Made an appointment on Wednesday, for Saturday @ 9am. I got a confirmation call on Friday, and by 8:55am the groomers arrived. We discussed what type of cute my Maltese needed & they began the grooming. Not only were the gentleman nice, but very patient with my Maltese (she’s easily scared & shakes). Not only did they do a great job, they were done within an hour! I would definitely recommend their services, and it’s so convenient! Thanks for the awesome job Greg & Alex!

I love doggie glam, its so convenient, to come out to your home and have your dog groomed, they are friendly and know exactly what you want. Appt’s are great always available, they treat the dogs with respect and love as there own! After the grooming your doggie will look great and smell great. I love using them and refuse to go anywhere else. The price’s are perfect keep in mind they are coming to you, I am so happy with my service and will always recommend them. Doggie glam is amazing. They groomed my bulldog bruce and he came out great. The groomers were here on time and got done in a reasonable amount of time but it was worth it for how he came out. The groomers are also friendly and good at what they do. I cant wait till the next time i use them when bruce gets shaggy or dirty

I love doggy glam, i understand sometimes there late because they cant control what time they finish a dog. but when they finally arrive there very friendly, they pet my dog first and when he came back, he looked great and had alittle bandana and smelled like baby lol people need to understand there more pricy because there mobile. if you prefer to go to Petsmart and wait 6hrs for a phone call then go ahead. I on the other hand have a life! its more convient to have a mobile service come to the house, since my dog gets car sick. I love doggy glam!!!

I wish I can give no star.
I have been trying to reach them for a whole week trying to book my cat and dog but they have not returned any of my texts, voice message, or internet appointment scheduling.
Their website is great but their customer service makes you wonder if they even want your business.

You can only request for a time for them to come. They will send you an email to confirm if that time/​date is available. I have used this service for about a year or so. We were generally ok with the service I like the fact my dog was only outside and not being put in a crate when she was finished. My son enjoyed to be able to watch her being groomed.
But they have now lost our business. Our dog suffered an herniated disk while be groomed. We didn’t blame them for the injury. Our dog had to have emergency surgery. When I tried to follow up again via email there was no response. Very disappointed at the customer service. Thought they would have liked to know what had happen to our dog. If customer service is important to you this is not the vendor for you. I will be looking for a new groomer.
