Love this place ! My go to when ever I need any supplies for any service they more or less meet all my hair needs! staff is very friendly and helpful ! Thanks guys keep up the good work * CRYSTAL

Dont shop here. Worst service and they dont want sales. Went to get a gift card for my daughter who just wrapped up esthetician school. Asked only employee I saw named Jason if they had gift cards. He replied yes and proceeded to dust both cashier screens with a duster and then help another person buying supplies. I then walked through the isles returned to the front and waited some more. He then helped another person. He chatted with them for a while when done and then looked at me and asked «is there another question I can help you with» I laughed and he said «oh, did you want to get a gift card». I said no I just want to talk to the manager. He said manager wasn’t there and said Roxana was out on maternity leave and Jackie was in charge. I got a business card and will be discussing my complaint personally.

I find everything I need here. The staff is getting nicer and nicer. The ISO brand goes on sale a lot but quickly get sold out. The Tamer Conditioner works really good

I LOVE the people that work at this store! Ive never had a. problem with them, ever! I even live closer to the one in Glendora, but i go to this location because i love the staff so much. Steven, the super handsome fashionable gay guy, always has the best knowledge of all the products. And Roxy is so nice and helpful and gives you samples whenever she has them. Just awesome people!

Very surprised to have read the previous review! I have been a client here for years never have I experienced ANY BAD customer service. Quite the opposite! Every single employee there is super helpful & super friendly. They actually go out of their way to help with every single question I have about different products. I am a salon owner & therefore I have many questions =) I Love Everyone’s helpfulness & great personality. I totally recommend this beauty supplier!

In general the store is very clean and organized. But it’s customer service is terrible! Everytime I go in there the employees seem to be annoyed when they’re asked questions. In one occasion while I was getting rung out the lady at the register was on the phone and when I asked her a question she continued blabbing on the phone completely ignoring me, I had to wait until another employee walked by so he could answer my question, meanwhile the lady was having a friendly chit chat with somebody :/
