The lady here was very nice and helpful. I didn’t have my receipt and told her that I received a jacket for Christmas and just wanted a different color. She still offered me to get a store credit in case they didn’t have my size in the color I wanted, or to exchange it for a completely different item. The store was clean and smelled fresh. I hate walking into a department store or shoe/​clothing store and it smelling like sweaty people or feet. I was in and out less than 5 minutes! Thanks for the great service!

Great place but customer service isnt really up to par. Manager needs to make some adjustments honestly. Can’t complain too much though, they do have a great selection of sneakers.

Look, the boy loves Champs. If he had a million dollars, he’s spend a large portion of it here.
There isn’t every single team represented here, but more a curated selection of mostly California-​based teams: Dodgers, Angels, Chargers, 49ers, Lakers, Clippers, etc. There is smaller selection of Oregon, NY, etc. The college teams are here too, UCLA, USC (I just gagged a little), etc.
Nike, Aididas, they are all here, and a decent selection of shoes.
The jerseys are pretty pricey, but the sales are pretty darn good. Sign up for their rewards programs. I’ve yet to get a coupon, I don’t even know if they do coupons, even though I have spent a small fortune in here between Christmas and now…
I’m taking a star off because the service has been hit and miss. I agree that a greeter would make a big difference towards better customer service.

Adequate store and adequate selection
This particular Champs store have current styles and lots of fairly priced shoes on sale. I bought a pair at the Puente Hills mall branch a month ago. The employees there greeted me once I walked in their doors. This location did not have any employee placed at the door to greet nor even ask if I needed help. I made myself stand out by picking up a shoe but no one showed any interest in helping me. Im not trying to sound like an uptight individual but I wanted some form of recognition that way I can feel welcomed. Anyhow, the store is nice and not fully stocked like the one at Puente Hills mall. Just plain adequate.

If I could put no stars I would. This place has the worst customer service. Not only were they not helpful in serving their customers but they were rude while handling customers that had questions and regards to military discounts. The manager was extremely hesitant to help out their customer.

I went in to do a return on a birthday gift I had received in order to use that money toward a different item I wanted since i received a coupon to use as well. I purposely got the purchase over $ 100 in order to receive a $ 25 discount. However, the manager. tells me since it was reduced the price under $ 100 from the store credit I receive I would only be able to get the $ 10 of discount instead of $ 25. I told them that can’t you just do it as a return separately from the purchase so the coupon can be inputted then the store credit and then my gift card. Because that is B.S. to tell me you can’t. Then the manager went and do it. They were friendly when we enter however the transaction made me upset when the manager said he can’t do it when he can. Dont let people take advantage of you. :)
