This place is great! My ipad was seriously broken and i didn’t want to take it to apple because they just give me a new one and after water damage broke my MacBook I would have lost everything. So I did some research and called a few places and decided on this one and I’m glad i did! I doubt anyone else would have been able to fix it. It had a broken display and charging port with frame damage it took about 10 days to fix because of some hiccups but he did everything to fix it! He went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this place! If u absolutely think that there’s no hope for your device take it to this place! #1 :)

I probably drop my iPhone at least once on a weekly basis. My screen finally gave in and cracked when I dropped it face down on pavement. I did some research around my area-​walnut/​West Covina– and cellphone solutions offered the cheapest price to fix my screen. He was very straight forward, nice, and didn’t try to haggle me into buying any extras. Very happy with the service and quality of the work. Hopefully I don’t crack my screen again but if I do, I’ll definitely come back!

I had a cracked screen and needed a place to fix my iPhone 6 plus ASAP. Call them 30 minutes before they closed and they told me to come in still. Came in right around closing time but they said it was ok and they would still fix my phone for me. They said it would take 30 minutes to fixed my cracked screen and that’s about exactly how long it took. They were fast and friendly. They only accept cash so have cash ready. Very friendly and nice people. I would highly recommend this place.

My micro USB was broken beyond repair. I had taken that same phone first to another repair shop but they would not even take the time to assist me. Mel offered a great solution so I could charge my phone and transfer data. He was very reasonable and offered fantastic customer service. I really appreciate all he did. I will not hesitate to bring any of my phones to his shop again.

Mel fixed my phone and went above and beyond helping me out. Other places didn’t even get back to me about fixing my phone but Mel did right away.
I will say the place was hard to find but only cause a delivery truck was blocking the sign and the hours are bit weird, but hey my phone is fixed and I couldnt be happier.
The customer service from Mel is amazing and he always goes the extra mile for his customers. If I ever have phone issues again, this is where I will go.

My wife dropped her iPhone 5c two days ago and cracked the screen.
I was worried that I had to either get a new phone for her or replace the screen from AppleCare, which cost $ 130 plus shipping it to them.
Luckily I did a Google search around the area for phone screen repairs. Then Cellphone Solutions popped up.
I just went to their shop today and talked to Mel. I paid half of what Apple would’ve charged and had the phone fixed and done within 30 minutes.

lol I have to leave a review here because let’s just be real here I have broken my iPhone screen I don’t even know how many times… I’m the worst when it comes to phones and he is literally on it to repair so quick, always satisfied with his work just not with my clumsiness

My Samsung S3 stop working one day. After many months took it to cell phone solutions. He quickly diagnosis my problem and gave me 2 options to fix the problem. Unfortunately my phones problem was catastrophic and wasn’t worth the cost to replace the motherboard. I felt he was honest, cost reasonable, was friendly. I will definitely return when I have any issue with my new phone.

Very happy with this establishment! I spent $ 80 to repair my iPhone 5 screen and they did it in about 30 min while I waited and it came with a 60 day warranty. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone in the area that needs any cell phone repair.

Got my iPhone 5c screen fixed and it was completely damaged. Needed to replace the whole screen not just the glass and came out to $ 85 hoped it was cheaper since it was just the front screen but this was the cheapest out there!

Mel is super nice and has such great customer service!!! He was very honest and helpful about letting me know if he could fix my water damaged iPhone 5 and when he said he couldn’t he was able to fix this old iPhone 4s with a really bad cracked screen for me and even showed me how to use the assistive touch since my home button was about to fall off and didn’t really want to replace it. Will always come back to this place, prices are very affordable too

I dropped my galaxy s4 and shattered the screen. My husband tried to fix it himself and ended up breaking the digitizer as well. I brought my phone here and got it fixed the next day. The phone works perfectly fine. I thought the cost was very reasonable as well. The digitizer set is approximately $ 140 on ebay (of course you have to fix it yourself if you order the part) and he charged $ 200. Considering the professionalism and the time it takes to fix the phone, I think extra $ 60 was nothing. Strongly recommend the place!

I’m very clumsy and I cracked my phone twice. But I always come back here.
THIS PLACE IS VERY HARD TO FIND! It is located next to Metro PCS and shares a location with another place. Don’t worry, it took me 3 rounds to find it.
The price is very cheap; I have an iPhone 4s and it cost $ 55.
It took only 45min. to an hour. I drove to best buy to get a new phone case and a screen protector (reason why it cracked.) and came back and it was already ready.
So of course being me, I totally messed up the screen protector and we had to go buy another. It took my dad and I 30min. to try and put it on.
We came to the store and bought a new screen protector (only $ 8. previous being $ 20.) and the man put it on right then and there in like 10 seconds. wow.
The only thing I was cautious of was they asked for the pass code. Scary. They needed to write down some information about the phone. I put it in when we picked it up.
Service: Best Service ever & really fast! A+
Price: so convenient. A
Location: pretty small but it was worth it to me. B
Quality: nothing went wrong as far as I know! A+

Well… perhaps I did some of the stated above and perhaps I didn’t, to say the least I’ve had it repaired a few times.
So, I found this place on Craiglist. I’m always weary, but as it turns out no gimmicks and delivers as promised. It’s a very small mom and pop operation. I missed it looking for it for the first time. Down to earth owner, fast repair, reasonable, and offers free advice.
So when I see a friend with a cracked screen I say two things… Cellphone Solutions and ask… great white or millionaire?
