This place has enough outdoor parking space.
The office is located on the 3^rd floor and u just need to get ticket and wait to be called. I went there few times already. Usually is not that full due to new online system. However, even they are slow, some ppl may not want to help.
The first time I stopped by, the lady told me that i can register temporary permit at home. But I’m there already, so I decided to stay and use my phone to fill out the application. (in case i need help) After 20 min, she then directed me to use their computer for the application… after 20 MIN… I told her it was my first time but she didn’t take her time to explain the process…
I was gonna give 3 or less… but yesterday when i went to file my return, there was a guy named Robert! he is very kind and helpful. As he was filling my info for me on his side, he informed me that I could do it at home (i called several times at the district but no body told me about the info!!!) and patiently explain to me how i can save the time and gas money by doing permanent permit. Nw i knw that u need to get a temporary permit for location and if u do 50 locations, this means u hv to do it 50 times. But if u register permanent one, u just hv to add the location to the permit and just file once. So for his service, I will give 5.
