We understand how hard it can be to leave your pet sometimes, but please know that we love each and every one of the dogs that come see us like they’re our own, and we want them to be safe, happy, healthy, and comfortable. We specialize in the best dog grooming services around. Val’s Pretty Pets has been in business since 1991, and our client base is constantly growing. Our full groom includes a deep cleaning and comforting bath with high quality shampoos and conditioners, hand drying, hair cut of your choice, nail trim, and ears cleaned & plucked. We also offer maintenance cuts for in between full grooms which include all of the above, as well as nail filing and, most importantly, plenty of play time and love for your special dog.

History

Established in 1991.

Val opened Val’s Pretty Pets in December of 1991. She started off as a Master Barber for many years before attending the South Carolina School of Dog Grooming. She graduated early and received her diploma, and soon after opened the first Val’s Pretty Pets. After 10 moves over a quarter of a century, with customers following us with every move, we have finally found a permanent home at 2324 Platt Springs Road. We are in love with our new location, and think your dogs will love it, too!
