Trekking through the jungle can be quite a daunting task. Between the mud sucking on your boots, the screeches of distant creatures and fighting of the leeches, there’s a lot to account for. The thing is though, if you ever find yourself in a jungle and look around, it’s impossible not to be entranced by the beauty around you. From the vibrant shapes unique to forest trees and the colorful spectrum of the flowers around them, no two treks are ever the same. At Jarrett’s Jungle, we’ve taken the effort out of the jungle and brought it to you. In store, you’ll find a unique selection of tropical flora amongst two greenhouses, including large potted plants as well as smaller colorful arrangements that no one else has.

History

Established in 1979.

Jarrett’s Jungle is a locally owned and operated retail Greenhouse and Florist that has earned a reputation for quality plants and service in the Columbia, West Columbia, Irmo, and Lexington areas of South Carolina for over 30 years. Jarrett’s Jungle has many tropical and blooming plants from which to choose. We have two greenhouses and a flower shop with decorative pots and gifts. We make many unusual flower arrangements, including Ikebana, Japanese Flower Arranging and tropical flower arrangements from Hawaii. Jarrett’s Jungle can also design and prepare all your wedding flowers. We also can make beautiful casket sprays and funeral wreaths and sprays.

Owner Jackie has had a lifelong obsession with the flora of the jungle. Eventually this passion developed in a desire to share and Jarrett’s Jungle was born. Today, nothing brings her more joy than the praise of her customers.
