I’ve been to this location before… and it was horrible… however, this time was MUCH better! When we arrived there were several people waiting to be seated, although the restaurant was not crowded… Apparently they didn’t have a hostess… The manager came over and quickly tried to seat everyone. Our server Lala was very nice and brought all of our food out quickly and in a timely manner! The food was served hot and my steak was great! Only complaint is that there was a lot of pepper on everything… my steak, fries, burger… Overall MUCH improved since our last visit!

It’s been years since we ate here… but after being down town all morning and afternoon we thought it can’t be that bad so lets give it another try the TV ads make everything look so good if only it looked like it does on TV nothing I mean nothing like it is advertised and after the disappointment of the small portions and awful visual it even taste worse and the restrooms and carpet needed a good cleaning… so what kind of shape is the kitchen in we try not to complain while we are eating because we want to enjoy our meal right time we walked out the door another on the(excuse me) shit list sad…

If you read my reviews, which you probably don’t, you’d know that corporate places aren’t my jam. Applebee’s pretty much wrote the book on corporate /family friendly dining. We’ve been to this location a total of four times in the decade plus it’s been open. Never been impressed. We got a gift card from someone this time. We got the artichoke spinach dip and it was just awful. So bland. Chips were to think they kept breaking. Glad the gift card only covered the app and a couple pints.

The only ones in the restaurant and service was Slow! Food was ok, just warm. Waitress acted like she had all day to do everything. Disappointed to say the least.

Been here twice while it is not busy and I still don’t understand why it takes 40 min to get food out, when working in a restaurant(as a cook) the longest thing to cook is a steak or fries, which still don’t take as long and once I received my food, I was not that pleased…

Probably our last time ever going to Applebee’s. We keep giving them chances and chances and it never works out. About a year and a half ago, we would go for late night half price apps after baseball games. Our first night we went we ended up getting gift cards from the manager to come again after it took over an hour to get our food and the service was awful. We didn’t complain, but the manager approached us. So about 2 weeks later we returned to use the cards. Don’t know what exactly did it, but almost as soon as we left, my fiancé began breaking out on his neck, arms, and sides. This is our first time coming back since then and the only reason we did is because we had $ 45 in Christmas gift cards. Service was great, but my steak NO. I ordered the sirloin but what came out was god awful. It was grey, had a funny smell, and tasted like it had been cooked a few hours back, returned to the kitchen, and reheated. I let our server know but informed her we didn’t want anything, I just wanted her to be aware since she kept looking at my plate and asking if it was okay when I didn’t eat it. They comped that entrée which they didn’t have to… one of the managers came over and explained that some people love their steaks and some people hate them… just depends on the cut of meat. But honestly, I don’t know what cut of meat that was they served me. Never again, never again.

Always good food. Can’t beat the 2 for 20. If you order a steak medium… it will be medium rare, if you order it well… it will be medium. But, good stuff.

Applebee’s the place where you come because you are too lazy to prepare your own frozen food. We only came for the half off late night appetizers, in reality only about 5 of them, and the wings were the only one that was worth the price. However, the service was shockingly excellent. But the kitchen managed to mess up our simple order of wings, how hard is it to put sauce on wings? Plus, we like our wings EXTRAWET! Our wings were not extra wet, more like extra dry. But our amazing waitress bought cups of sauce out. Overall…service 5 stars… food 2 stars.

Any place that stays open during a severe weather problem deserves the highest praise. Wonderful staff, hot food and cold beer– what else do you need?!

I hadn’t been to an Applebee’s in several years and didn’t really plan on going back because the food has been pretty awful the past few times I’ve gone. I decided to give it another shot because my boyfriend’s mom told us about how great the steak meals on the 2 for $ 20 deal is. Eh, shouldn’t have gone! The place is so corporate! Everything looks the same, all the servers are wearing earpieces and have perma-smiles, and the food is so FAKE! We got the spinach and artichoke appetizer. It tasted alright, but it was dyed green… like fake pistachio pudding green. The cheese did not seem like real cheese. It was like they poured a powder from a bag, mixed it with water, stuck it in the microwave, and said. «VOILA! Here’s your appetizer!!» My boyfriend and I both got the sirloin steak. He got the honey pepper and I got the house… they miraculously looked exactly the same. They have to have cookie cutters stamping these things out… the steak also tasted fake… like it was injected with fake flavoring. Everything we got tasted like astronaut food(poured from a bag and microwaved). So weird… will not be coming back.

This place depends on the server. I’ve had some take take 30 minutes to get your ticket, slow on drink refills and I’ve had some who I have walked out with their numbers and to go drinks. I have been eating at this restaurant over the years. Overall they’re half-way decent.

I don’t typically review franchise/commercial restaurants and businesses but I’m making an exception this time just to put a warning out there: it’s not that I was the recipient of poor service or even an exceptionally poor quality of food, but lured in by a marketing ploy and then deceived by their failure to deliver on the promise made. I joined some co-workers for the«All You Can Eat»(notice the quotes; if I were telling this story in person, I would, without hesitation, wrap this phrase in air quotes and a heavy dose of sarcasm) soup and salad lunch special. I didn’t go in with the intention of shutting the place down, or anything, but I wanted to ensure I was getting a fair return on my expense. So when you put your order in and it’s brought out, you get a small bowl of soup, measuring around 6−8oz, and a small salad(read: lettuce with dressing) on the side, and a breadstick(which you’d better be sure to savor, because they’re «not allowed»(again, be sure to liberally apply a dollop of sarcasm as you read that) to offer any more breadsticks after the first one), all on one(already small) plate… with plenty of real estate left. I get 3 rounds down — that puts me up to, you know, nearly a can of soup and 1 actual side salad, so I still have some room for another round or two — when the waiter walks by, quickly and discreetly placing our checks on the table without checking on us to see if we’d like to put in another order, and not stopping to give us the chance to ask. Dirty. Ric Flair just shook his head in disgust at that move… I could have played his game and waited him out, forcing him to come back to the table to check on the status of my payment, but I didn’t want to hold anyone from my party up so I just paid(ready the sarcasm cannons: Oh, *here* he comes…(repeating the performance, this time snatching the bills without breaking stride)) and left… hungry.
