I haven’t hire this firm yet, but Pat answered all my questions over the phone in terms of taking legal action against a horrible vendor. He even offered to read and make correction on my rejection of non conforming goods letter to the vendor. Who does that?! I read the letter to him over the phone and he made corrections like he offered. ALL at no cost to me. a HIGH HIGH five to this law firm with lawyers with a heart.
