Handyman Connection

Our brand new ac system has been a failing nightmare since our house was built 6 months ago. After 5 unprofessional service calls, the system still acts up regularly. I would never recommend using their services.

The first appointment was scheduled for Friday 25 April 2014, but the handyman cancelled because he was sick [?]; therefore, the office reschedule the appointment for Sunday April 27, 2014 at 1:45 p.m. But again, nobody showed up, called, or emailed me. I had to cancel several appointments waiting for this ‘precious’ handyman while he stood me up twice: UNBELIVEABLE! Such unprofessionalism from this company is inexcusable, rude, and extremely unprofessional.
Now, what kind of compensation customer gets for such an admissible and unethical behavior? I paid to become a member of Angie’s list, thinking that I could get an honest, professional and reliable service after years of being abused and manipulated by dishonest electrician, handyman, plumber, etc.etc. Which category, is a total disgrace.

I was in need of a handy man and gave these folks a call. Kate (the owner) answered immediately. She was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and scheduled a visit by a contractor to price my job. The contractor was super nice and the price was right.
The job was done this week. They were on time and completed just what I needed at the stated price.
I was very pleased. The highest compliment that I can give any business is that I’m just about to schedule more work with them!
