I visited Firestone auto care in West Chester, PA on 1−5−14 for four new tires, lifetime alignment, and oil change. My appointment was for 1pm and my car was completed by 2:15pm. Deep was very professional as well as Jack and I would recommend this Firestone to friends and family.

I regularly use their services, they’ve been very helpful. Last time I was in they helped diagnose and repair a problem with belts in my tires. Honda wanted to rip me off $$$$ for same job. Mgr. Jon is super friendly. Free wifi, free coffee, you are done at quoted time. Prompt, fair service.

I have been a customer here for about five years, but I am strongly considering going elsewhere.
The mechanics working on the cars seem to be very young, and in some cases arrogant and not very friendly (Mike in particular)!
Good for only basic, non technical work. There are better options in the area than this.

I simply went in to have my tire patched. I then notice the mechanic checking out my oil and fishing around in the engine bay. I asked them to stop immediately and give my car back. I will never go back there again.
