Business Owner

With a background in the United States Army and as a certified personal trainer afterwards, Nate brings many years of experience and knowledge in physical fitness, strength, and conditioning to the F45 brand.

After spending 4 years in the military, and 1 year training clients, Nate’s passion for helping people become better versions of themselves has reached an all-​time high, just in time to become part of the best team training brand on the planet, F45 Training.

Nate is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
