After initially setting up an appointment in early April, the owner who took the call was able to setup a time 2 weeks out because they were «extremly busy». I was told that I would be given a call prior to the date set as a reminder, yet there was no such call.
I called the day of the appointment several times and had to leave a message because no one picked up. The owner returned my call and told me he was sick and was backed up for a another week. I was very nice and said «ok, I will wait another week.»
Come ANOTHER week and patience was now testing me. I called 3 more times and no answer. Left ANOTHER message. No returned calls, no nothing. Completely terrible service and business etiquette. Safe yourself the trouble and never use this detailing as you will wait at least 3 weeks with no updates and no assurance you will ever get your car detailed.

These guys did a great job on my 2008 Camry. I now am reminded why I bought a back one. The exterior shines like the day I took it out of the showroom. The interior is virtually «good as new»! There is a real attention to detail here. The staff is very friendly, and it’s obvious they care about delivering quality service.

I’m surprised no one has reviewed this company. I got the interior detail package for my fiancé as a birthday gift, and he was very happy with the results. He was able to have the detailing done while he was at work, and he had nothing but good things to say about the people he dealt with. I spoke with them on the phone when I was setting up the appointment, and I can also vouch for the fact that they were very professional and courteous. Plus, I saw his car, and it is beautiful! Would definitely recommend them.
