History

Established in 1989.

Comstar Technologies was born and raised in West Chester, PA as a telecommunications service provider. As business technology needs increased, however, we added additional services and products to our solutions in order to provide fuller benefits to our clients. These services now include hosted solutions, carrier services, voice and data cabling, WAN infrastructure, security and surveillance, and audio/​visual equipment.

Business Owner

Kevin Flounders’ family founded the business as a small scale phone company. When Kevin became owner in 1996, he knew Comstar would need to grow along with it’s clients’ needs for additional services. The business continues to grow as he and his team add the pieces of the full business technology puzzle one by one. Kevin and his managers believe that one of the most important elements to customer satisfaction is having professional, friendly, qualified technicians respond quickly to installation and service requests, and highly values his employees and supporting his community.
