We are a title insurance agency that handles closings for Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Farm transactions. Our owner has been a real estate lawyer for 39 years. We handle purchase, refinance and loan modification transactions throughout PA. We handle commercial and industrial transactions nationally.

History

Established in 1976.

We started in the title insurance business in 1976. At one point we covered over 40 states. The national business was sold in 2004 and we have since concentrated on Pennsylvania. We handle real estate closing for people buying homes or refinancing homes. In addition we have handled shopping centers, office buildings, pharmaceutical labs, and more.

James S. Tupitza, Esquire is a practicing attorney in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Mr. Tupitza’s practice is primarily related to real estate connected matters. His focus is in the areas of regulatory compliance, transactions and litigation. His clients are lenders, appraisal management companies, real estate licensees and property sellers, buyers and developers.

He has been the Course Planner, author and principal speaker for major Pennsylvania Bar Institute continuing education programs, which are each usually offered live at 3 locations, by simulcast to 20 to 30 other locations, and by webcast. He has authored materials for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute and others including the definitive study guide for those seeking a PA title insurance license.
