I have been here twice and I was very happy with the treatment we received. The staff was great and the doctor was attentive and really took his time with us. We were not rushed at all! It was a grey experience and we will definitely be back!

Though their hours are til 8 pm, My wife was turned away at the door at 7:31 pm. 29 minutes before closing, with one person in the waiting room. Shameful. We wont be back.

The office website states it is open until 8pm, but just to be sure I call ahead at 5:30pm to make sure they are open until 8pm. The receptionist reassures me that they will be open. Imagine my surprise and frustration when I show up at 7pm and they are closed! Not very helpful when I am sick and made the journey out there for medical attention. Will never go back!

Looked at review of places closer to me, but this one had better reviews. Went in for acute lower back pain. Went close to 7pm on a Monday. Only one other person in the waiting room. Didn’t wait long at all. Nurse practitioner spent some time ruling other things out. Talked with me about the appropriate treatment not being able to take some time off at the moment. All in all, a good visit. Now, hopefully, the pain will subside.

I came here last weekend since my regular doctor has 1) the worst hours ever, 2) isn’t available unless you plan months ahead of time that you’ll be sick and 3) a rude front desk staff! I was impressed. I came in and was seen within five minutes. They were attentive and eager to help me. Conveniently, there is a CVS next door where they were able to call in a prescription for me. They gave me a cute mug and snacks when I left. Hahah what a cute touch! The Doctors is a great place to go to!

Im giving this place a one star because of the awful care I recently experienced during my last visit. I was billed twice for my visit and when I called to get the issue resolved I was treated awfully by the front desk lady, Nicole. If you’re looking for good care don’t come here.

So I’ve now been here 3 times over the course of 3 years.
I was most recently there Saturday morning due to a terrible tonsil infection. The doctor tested me for strep and gave me antibiotics. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and they sent my prescription to my local pharmacy.
I love these people. I really do. Today is Wednesday and they just called me to see how I was feeling. The world would be a better place if everyone treated people the way this doctors office treats it’s patients.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Top notch! When someone in our home is sick our regular doctors are never available. Who wants to wait a week when feeling miserable? Lately, we don’t even call our regular doctor. They also take our insurance, a big plus!

I don’t have many clinic experiences to compare this too but I can tell you its a better substitute than going to your Primary Care Physician. Just show up, they seem to try and take you in order, get what you need and go home and get better. The place is very clean and modern, I think this type of health care will be more common in years to common. More flexible and efficient on everyone all around.

We brought our daughter here last week because she had terrible chest congestion and cough. They sent her home and told her to rest, fluids and gargle with salt water that it was just a cold. Less than 24 hours later she passed out. We brought her to our pediatrician who diagnosed her with pneumonia. She has gone through a round of antibiotic and steroids and is still not recovered.

I never usually write reviews, but this was the most professional urgent care facility I have ever seen. I waited less than one hour, and the care was excellent. In addition, the atmosphere is comforting and warm — exactly what a person needs when he/​she is ill. I highly recommend it!

Loved my experience here. My primary care doctor, surprise surprise, was not available when I needed him and I was in bad shape. I was quickly admitted and believe that I waited 5 minutes or so to see the doctor and examines. After the checkup, I was given a prescription that helped sooth my cough and I was was happy to get this done quickly.
The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. Could use some more «warm feeling» furniture to make it feel nicer.

This is the nicest urgent care center I’ve ever been to!
The inside is bright and cheery and clean. The décor is modern with comfy couches and chairs and a flat screen TV to watch while you wait. They even have free coffee, tea and water in the waiting area. Not that you’ll be waiting long. The nurses and doctors are all very friendly. And you even get to take a mug, pen or magnet if you’re a good patient (or patiently wait for whoever you’re with).
It’s great to know they’re nearby anytime an urgent medical situation arises!
