SAMM Sound

Samm Sound has been taking care of my audio visual needs since I moved into my new home in 2000. You don’t need to look anywhere else for quality work. Their service is great too! Anytime I had a problem with my equipment, (which is rare) they have always come right out within one or two days. Their people know the systems and always fix the problem.

I bought my pathfinder here for speaker upgrades and couldn’t be more pleased. After being continually disappointed with Best Buy and their understaffed mess of a store (rt46 woodland park), I showed up unannounced at SAMM sound.
Mike helped me make a good decision on speakers within my budget and did the installation on the spot, no waiting, and installed 4 speakers in under 2 hours at a fair price.
They did such a great job, I returned with a subwoofer that I got cheap online, and still got it installed there at a very fair price with professional results, something I wanted rather than me trying to do it in sub zero temperatures in the late winter 2015.
I’d recommend anyone to this shop, they know their stuff, seasoned pros not hacks like you will certainly find at BestBuy.

Samm Sound is second to none when it comes to car audio. I decided that I wanted to add a little bass to my Q7. Mike D. hooked me up top to bottom: helped me select the subwoofer, amp, bass control and everything else that I needed. The installation was clean and professional — I told Mike that I wanted all the equipment to look «hidden» and that’s exactly what he did. One extra bonus — if you work late hours, they’ll work with you if you need to drop off or pick up your car during off hours. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Excellent service here! Very professional staff, they were very informed on car knowledge. At no point did I ever feel like I was being cheated. Went in for a new radio install they said it would take an hour and a half they cranked it out in 45 minutes ! The quality of the install was superb aswell! I would refer everyone I know about this place !

Professional, and friendly. I took my car there for them to install a prior stereo I had in another car. Mike the sales manager greeted me right away and gave his advise on where to install my stereo. Then he had Oliver their installer look at my car and stereo and he also gave his advise. Within two hours I was ready to go. Oliver did an excellent job and it was priced accordingly. I moved here from California and have been to many stereo shops before but Samm Sounds ranks at the top of my list. Thank you Mike and Oliver.

Update: June 25, 2015
I have a much different opinion of Samm Sound after having lived with their installation in my Jeep for just over a year now. I’m noticing much of what I thought was good quality work showing as lack of care in doing a good solid job. Their installation was shoddy at best, and I may be having to find another provider to redo the job I overpaid Samm Sound to do initially.
If you get work done there, double and triple check that you are 100% happy with the install job before leaving.

We called SAMM Sound to mount our tv above our fireplace. They were incredibly flexible to come do a home visit to provide a quote. While the quote was higher than we expected, it was the most reasonable based on other quotes we were given. When they came to do the install the two guys who came were polite and efficient. They did a fantastic job! The actual cost actually ended up a lot less than what I was quoted since it took less time. I will be hiring them again for future installations. Thank you!

This was such a pleasure to deal with the people here. I made my appointment, dropped my car off first thing in the morning and I went to work. 2 hours later I got my call that it was ready. The work performed was clean and very fairly priced. I checked around before I booked my appointment. When I arrived to pick it up, they came outside and showed me how it worked and seemed quite knowledgeable with the unit! I don’t usually buy electronics for my car, but when i need something else i will definitely go back. Thanks Samm Sound!

Went to these guys on a recommendation from my cousin. As soon as you walk in their store the impression you get is professionalism. Everything in their store is laid out elegantly and concise, Michael easily identified my needs and proposed a solution. Thanks again for outfitting my vehicle so perfectly !

After 3 phone calls and a month later I get a call back regarding my estimate. Of course they lost my paperwork and had to ask me the same questions I answered a month earlier at my home. Btw, they were late for that original opointment.
Then, I finally get the estimate. Crazy expensive!
