Auto Drive One

Recently I was forced into car shopping. My car of 9 years had been totaled in an accident. I wasn’t intro the whole buying a car thing at the time. I visited their lot in Sandwich where I was told a boat load of lies. The guy told me he was the owner (he was not) he told me the car I was buying was a great car. I signed the papers on November 22, 2015, but I was not given the keys or the car until December 8, 2015 (over 2 weeks later). I immediately noticed the windshield wipers didn’t work (was then promised a new motor for it) I had also had a rental that my insurance company stopped paying for (was then promised to be reimbursed for $ 119). Needless to say I didn’t receive a check or a motor. After repeated unreturned phone calls I decided to visit the lot in Bridgewater where I finally got a check for the rental but still no motor. The worse part is that just a few days before I discovered that my tires were in fact bald, it wasn’t detected earlier because they had flipped flopped my front tires. But instead of making me a happy repeat customer they decided to degrade me. This place is a scam, I could have been killed with the way the tires were. I have contacted an attorney and will be seeing them again real soon, but they won’t like it! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

A few weeks ago to start looking into the possibility of purchasing a newer vehicle from AutoDrive1 Saugus vehicle. I had learned of AutoDrive1 from a friend who had purchased her car from their Natick location and was happy with the results.*
I did some research and noticed that the Better Business Bureau had them listed with an A+ rating. Feeling like this would be a good place to get information and to see if trading my car (with negative equity) would be possible. I also have bad credit, so that combined with the negative equity in my Hyundai Accent and a monthly payment for both cars of $ 270.00. I made arrangements to meet with Tony Chiarenza a salesperson at AutoDrive1 in Saugus.
I explained that I had a 2004 Hyundai Accent, which still had a little over $ 4,100 owed on it, and in order for me to purchase a newer car the loan would have to incorporate the current loan of the Hyundai Accent too. I also gave Tony a monthly figure of $ 270.00 that I needed work with, again emphasizing that the Hyundai Accent loan needed to be incorporated into the new car loan, and not to exceed the dollar figure I gave him.
He told me about a 2013 Ford Focus SE, and the monthly price included the loan balance from the Hyundai Accent (also they would take the Hyundai and give me $ 1,000 trade-​in for it). This did not take place… to make a really long story as short as possible. Since Saturday, August 29 I have been back to the dealership three days; each day I was told that the next day the contract would be canceled and I could get my Hyundai Accent.
The end result is; I now have 2-​car loans (which total $ 410.00 a month), 2-​car insurance plans ($ 344.00 a month) 1– parking spot, and I just graduated from college and don’t have that kind of money for this payment.
Bottom line: My credit is going to go from Bad to Ruined.
*Side note: My witness, to this horror story, is the same friend who purchased a vehicle from AutoDrive1 Natick; and has said that NO way will she recommend any AutoDrive1 dealership to anyone.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t give your money to these people… please! They sold me a car with DEFECTIVE AIR BAGS.

Do not give your money to this people, in fact stay away from these people. They have no respect for people and the big boss he is an animal and a thief. these people will get you hooked then they will sign for a loan of 15,000.00 dollars but the problem is that the car may be for 8,000.00, in other words you will end up paying twice for the car .
Those people are liars and if you decide to change your mind; even if you haven’t drive the car yet, they will retain your down payment.
Do not go to Auto Drive one by any means Necessary, you will failed. their cars break down the first week.
They are the rudest people on earth and they will steal your money specially if you have bad credit, and they will give you whatever type of car they want, if you don’t have a choice you will take the deal and that’s where they get you.

Don’t give them your info. After telling them multiple times that I’m no longer interested, I get up to three calls a day and a voicemail asking when I can come in. This has been going on for over two months. You don’t get business by harassing people.
