Love it here! Amazing food and the fries are to die for. I love in west boylston and need to come here more often for lunch.

I drove by almost every other day going to the gym and finally decided to check this place out. Great decision. Staff was extremely friendly and food was just as delicious. Definitely going back!

Delicious food, friendly atmosphere. First time here and I feel like family. If you haven’t been here you are missing out.

The gyros are delicious and a good value. All you can eat chicken in the weekends, and it comes with rice! There’s a place in Connecticut that doesn’t give the rice but these guys do. Makes it all that more special

I was in the area and stopped at Vivian’s, I am glad I did! Great food at a fair price.
Vivian is very gracious and attentive host. Very loving of ALL people, I observed a gay cpl walk in with there parents and Vivian was pleasant and remembered these regular customers by name. I am not gay. but, I do not like to see ppl get treated different or badly because they’re not what is considered normal. For this same reason I boycotted Arby’s restaurant.
I had the meatball sub with fries made with homemade meatballs, it’s was awesome!
Great little Mom and Pop place that won’t disappoint!!!

The all you can eat chicken dinner with pasta (amazing sauce per my teen), salad with field greens, delish sweet bread rolls, rice, fries. Wine, beer and the nicest people you’ll ever meet!!! Did I mention it’s $ 10.99? Can’t wait to go back!

I discovered this place while in the area for work. After reading the reviews here I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. I went for lunch one day and breakfast the next. For lunch, I had the crispy chicken panini, and for breakfast the eggs, bacon, french toast and a side of homefries. All were very good. The panini was huge and very tasty.
I like the pseudo-​cafeteria style of walking in, ordering at a counter, and self-​serving drinks. The salad bar looked great, can’t wait to try that next.
Lastly, every employee I spoke with was very friendly and welcoming. They seem to truly appreciate your business. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the Worcester area.

One of my favorite places in West Boylston. Wonderful selection of food, cooked to order, and served up fast and hot. There’s a fantastic selection of food, from Middle Eastern to classic diner food, and I’ve never had a bad meal. I recommend the chicken quesadilla and the gyros!

Have you ever gone somewhere and immediately felt at home in the best way possible? That’s how I felt walking into Vivian’s. What a lovely place! The first woman who greeted me was friendly as can be and welcomed me and directed me to the self serve coffee. Then I met up with a gentleman who offered to help me and when I complimented the adorable restaurant he told me about their Friday chicken dinner. Another woman checked me out with my snack and was equally friendly and pleasant to chat with. I was so impressed with the service! I can’t wait to return for breakfast. I happened to mention that I really wanted an egg sandwich and they offered to prepare me one at 4:30 in the afternoon-​usually unheard of. I had to go home and prepare dinner so I was really only grabbing a snack but that made an impression on me. I will be back next week for that egg sandwich and I can’t wait. The $ 10.99 all-​you-​can-​eat chicken dinner sounds fabulous too. This place is a win!

Good food good price

This place is pretty good. You get market style variety and a nice selection of food. It’s a good choice for a quick in and out meal.

I stopped in today for the first time after work on a weekday around 4:30ish. It was quiet with only one other customer sitting at a table. The restaurant looked clean and the salad bar looked well presented. I placed an order for two fish n’ chip dinners to-​go for my 12 yo daughter and I. My daughter generally loves Haddock but she prefers to remove the breading and flake off the fish and eat it with ketchup. I brought it to her school practice where she had just finished and was feeling very hungry. I thought it would be nice to enjoy it outside at the park she had just finished playing at. I didn’t check to see if they had supplied utensils but to my disappointment there were none in the bag. Also, there was no ketchup or coleslaw included and the slice of lemon was sliver thin. (although it did not advertise it as coming with coleslaw, I have never had this plate served without.). We ended up taking the meal home. The fish was very dry and dense. It was not flaky at all. The fish was uniformly thin and rather rubbery. for the price of ~$ 9 per plate, I really was expecting more. The fries were tasty but we ended up feeding more than half of the fish to our dog. Very disappointed. Perhaps in the future I will try this establishment again as I believe, based on the previous reviews, a good meal can be had here. I will most likely avoid the fish.

I stopped in here for breakfast on a recent weekday morning.
I walked back to the counter along with a small group of people. Allowing them to order first gave me a chance to check out the menu and their specials.
I decided to keep it pretty basic and ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich and home fries. Rather then watch my food being prepared, I went and found myself a quiet table in the center of the dining room. My wait was not long, and soon my food was delivered to me.
Absolutely no problems with the food. It was hot, it was tasty and NOTHING was over cooked.
there was a steady stream of people coming in while I was there which is always a good sign.
I am looking forward to stopping in here for lunch, the next time I’m in the area.

Actually a really good place to eat. The environment is nice and vibrant. Tons of parking, it has the feel of a family owned restaurant and all the employees seem to operate like a family.
The food is GREAT. I had burgers, buffalo chicken, french fries, onion rings, pasta, and it took me so long to choose a drink because their selection is huge.
It literally is a market style café, with an addition, they bring the food to YOU rather than they ring a bell and you grab it.
Market style café dining is you order at the counter and then you wait for your food when it’s done you grab it, however Vivian’s says, order your food grab a drink and enjoy yourself we’ll make it and bring it to you fresh.

This is my second time here. Still the same complaint. Sanitation. It is not proper to touch non food items such as writing down the order and touching the pen and paper with gloves on and then using those same gloves to make my meal. It is against health code and I just cannot overlook it.
The menu selection is nice. The food is always very good. the salad bar looked slim today but very editable.
The sandwiches come with tortilla chips. The size is large given the prices.
The time to make the meals is on the slow side but they deliver the food to your table.
If they would correct the glove issue it would be 5 stars … But until then…

They don’t have table service, and you order from a counter. They deliver the food when ready. Limited selection, but the food is good, and inexpensive.

Sized just right, lightly battered, and fried to a golden crisp — their fries are fantastic.
Burgers made to order, a nacho bar, salad bar, fresh soup bar, hot & cold sandwiches, pizza, and homemade meals ranging from spaghetti and meatballs to turkey and chicken dinners with a ton of sides (in addition to the «usuals» you can have brown rice, mac and cheese, etc.). A bevy of desserts round out the feast, as well as Douwe Egberts Premium Coffee and a juice bar!
It’s cafeteria style, free Internet, and an excellent place to people watch. There’s a cooking school a few stores away and the students pile in here to sample the fare. If the future cooks come here, it must be good!
