Custom Beverage Services has been providing the food service industry with quality professional services and installation since 1999. Located in central Massachusetts, we service MA, RI, Northern CT, Eastern NY, Southern NH, Southern VT & Southern ME.

We take pride in offering the most technically advanced diagnosis and evaluation of beverage systems issues in the northeast offering the most detailed and easily understandable explanation of issues in the industry. We offer free training and information sessions for any size company.

Don J.

Business Owner

Don Jaillet, a 25 year veteran of the beverage system installation and service industry and an expert in draft beer industry.

He started his career as a commercial refrigeration technician, then moved in to the beverage industry in 1989 with Fountain Services, Inc. At Fountain Services he became a Coca Cola certified service technician, was factory trained and certified on Cornelius frozen beverage equipment as well as acting refrigeration tech. He later moved on to work for Bud «Buddy» Jason at Jason Soda in South Windsor, CT. While at Jason Soda he expanded his knowledge base to working on draft beer systems, espresso machines, water filtration & bulk Co2 systems.

In 1999 he opened Custom Beverage Services, a MA based beverage system service & installation company. Along with servicing a customer base of over 2500 restaurant & bars throughout New England, Custom Beverage Services has specialized in the fabrication, construction & installation of custom draft beer towers.
