So the manager and district manager called me after I complained to AT&T directly.
Manger assured me he’d order and ship me a screen protector… 2 months ago.
Just purchased a two pack my self at the dollar store.
Lost my business and loyalty over a $.50 piece of plastic.

I had a crack galaxy note 2 and ordered my part at this place. was told it would take 7 days to arrive after a week i never received a call so i called to check up the tech says he still hasn’t received the part so i waited another 1 and a half… still my note 2 screen did not arrive. i called again and he stated to screen was never ordered correctly so he ordered the part again a month goes by and still no part for my phone… i call back and go to the store and once again the Tech says he still has not received this part after 2 months he calls and says the part finally arrived. by that time im like shove it, your the worst place to order a part from and after all that you tell me it was ordered and coming from CHINA! nothing wrong with that BUT had i known i would of order it myself from china on ebay. smh SO unprofessional. from 7 day shipping to 2 months get out here with that. this shows service is not great at all. FAIL!

Bought my latest phone here, I only purchase phones every 2 years or so, first time from here. The sales rep was very nice, knew his stuff, and didnt push me to buy. He also wasnt afraid to tell me the downsides to all the phones I was inquiring about, and I walked out very satisfied. Also when i needed help setting up my voicemail box i came to this location and another rep helped me out. very friendly, I will keep coming here and have recommended this place to friends and family.
