Entered store iPad in hand. Picked out appliances as shown on their website, the mgr Walt questioned prices, shown his website… Ugh
Accepted payment set up delivery and installation.
The bait and switch begins… First we can’t get the one you wanted.
It’ll be upgrade but we have to charge you.
Delivery guys are the odd couple one quiet and polite the other only wants to drop names and talk about the Smith & Wesson gun he’s carrying (tool not a toy)
Stove didn’t have the warming drawer as display…, guess they just got there money for the difference on the dishwasher…
Installation not coordinated and took several days and was the cost of a third appliance they say is a 3rd party but they are integrated to Witbech all the way.
Thought I get a more personal experience than a Big Box store… Big mistake
